Isn't it cute that the most significant part of Obama's legacy will be something that he had to cram down our throats without letting anybody address the pros and cons?

The Canadian government has apparently already signed off some trade agreement with China that has consequences similar to what is described here. And the taxpayers will have no right to know what happens in a lawsuit until after the courts have reached a decision.

Do you mean the CCFIPA?

It does allow ISDS which the TPP will also.

ISDS will change governance on all levels and in all nations(major ones directly and minor ones indirectly).

Our world will be difficult to recognize once the full impact of ISDS is actualized.
