Can you see an SJW-type person just by observation?

It is my belief that Fugu is a troll, so I will not be engaging with Fugu. I advise others to take a look at Fugu's post history and decide for yourself if that is someone you want to engage with.

it's more mental discipline leading to a compassionate state of mind than exterior thought control. I suppose you could call it interior thought control?

I'm not sure if it's possible to provide what you ask. It's certainly possible to find descriptions from people of what one is to them though. It's a complicated subject.

Social Justice Warrior: The highest of level of social conservatism attainable. They're basically Romans when you think about it. If they view you as a barbarian, you're fair game.

It's sad that I agree with most of their tenets as I'm a liberal progressive in the sense of the actual definition:
-open to new behavior or opinions and willing to discard traditional values.

SJW's aren't liberal at all though, just another faction of conservatism that wants to enforce their ideology on others. Personally I think they're mislabeled, the word justice has no place in the description.

Did you see the Oscars? It was terrible. It made me want to boycott movies with black people in them.

The worst part when lady Gaga sang some crappy song with a bunch of asshats who wore rape survivor arm bands. I can only handle so much bad taste and fake moralism. I think I am experiencing the opposite of Stendhal syndrome.

If I didn't just watch the brilliant film, Foxcatcher, recently, I'd seriously consider boycotting the entire film industry. Bunch of vulgar ingrates.

Someone who thinks that their ends, social justice, justify coercive means, such as enforcing conformity through rigid tribalism and weaponized shame. Basically, it's the far left version of someone who's done arguing and thinks using force is justified in pursuing their goals.

It's usually the language that gives them away, bastardized academic terms used in ways they were never really intended, 'privilege', 'microagression', 'triggered', safe space', etc being prominent examples, along with a hypersensitivity to grievance and a mindless zeal rivaling any religious cult.

They're usually encountered on university campuses, Twitter, and Tumblr, so anyone older than 35 or so doesn't seem to realize that they exist, or if they're aware, not the full extent of the problem.
