I see Trump in many ways as the dark side Obama, as he also ran a campaign based more on charisma and vague notions of change than concrete policy, though admittedly a much classier one.

That's not policy, those are merely "suggestions".

Again, all that bark and none of the balls to back it up...it just keeps coming up again and again with him. I mean if you're going to claim you know the answers, stand up with confidence like a man and state your opinion: don't back down over the weakest of insinuations. That's the danger of placing that personality type in a position of power, they will talk themselves into a corner and then weasel out to great losses when it's time to actually put up or shut up.

What is more vague about Trump's candidacy than anyone else's? People pretending we were having policy wonk debates in previous elections, the only thing different Trump is doing is beating them at their own game. The planks of Trump's campaign are solid, his message on trade/war/illegal immigration/political correctness has resonated and is on the side of the majority of the American people when it comes to it. Trump was much less vague because he doesn't head to political correctness or take 5 polls before opening his mouth on any given issues.
