What's so funny?

America is an extremely powerful country with tremendous global influence. People constantly blame America because America constantly does bad things. No amount of patriot tears will change that.

People are starving in Venezuela ... and I'm supposed to blame the redistribution of wealth? Why? Transferring wealth from the rich to the poor can't create starvation. That literally makes no sense. It's like arguing that 1-1=2.

Am I supposed to ignore the economic sanctions that have been placed upon Venezuela? It's pretty obvious that the US government has deliberately sabotaged Venezuela in order to make socialism look bad.

I'm no dummy. I know what two plus two equals. The emperor has no clothes.

well no sh*t, anyone with a brain should be able to see it but plenty of people with a brain in their head don't. Instead they worship the freeloaders and trust them, enough to even vote one into president. He has a toilet of gold, he can go f*** it.

I think capitalism is a good idea as it encourages innovation; however, in the West it seems to have gotten to the point where those who have gained money are hoarding it. The rich are becoming inclusive and are not allowing the wealth to be redistributed back to the market of the middle class. And the middle class is disappearing. It is now rich and poor, with the poor having fewer and fewer avenues to earn an income.

Capitalism is part not the whole of an economic system, just a necessary component.

Capitalism doesn't suppose legal entities like cooperations, who try their best to refine protectionist polices asproperty or other rights when they are nothing of the sort.

It is their prerogative to avoid competition as is natrual, but that doesn't mean we should provide the legal means to do this.

I would like to see people actually championing competiton and diversification, ratherthan banging on about capitalism which tells you little of a country's economic policy.

No I'm not talking about anti-trust or any such retrospective measure, but simply not allowing them not to compete in the first place.
