I know a few that can be described that way using a somewhat broader definition than Nazi of alt right. Nice people in person, vicious on Facebook towards anything or anybody "liberal".

Doesn't make him alt right. Just means he dislikes clintons and probably misread you as saying bill Clinton in his hast. I've made such mistakes when I'm fast reading.
Conversrives and libitarians often use insults, they are not at all policitical correct or polite, pthinking they don't want to coddle people.

I don't like the clintons either, but I don't throw insults, but I'm not a conservative or libertarian.

I've never met a neo-Nazi in my life, fortunately.

The most "right-wing" people I ever met were into people like Rush Limbaugh.

Anybody who uses the term "Hillary loving cuck" is probably alt-right.

"Cuck" is just a stupid insult.

I've always known that cuck is short of cuckold. What I think Maddox doesn't grasp is the why that word is used by Alt Right types. In so much porn today, usually the participants are a white woman and a black man, even in cuck videos. As the Alt Righters are so obsessed by race, they think people who they call cucks will spiritually wither and die as they themselves would if they were told their significant other was having sex with a black man.

A cuckold is a man who "allows" a woman to cheat on him.

I have really only seen the term "cuck" wielded by millennial "alt right" types on social media/youtube. It seems to be today's version of "fag", "spineless" "lame" etc.

What's the term for a woman who allows her husband to cheat on her?
Also if both are ok with it is it still cheating or an open marriage?

The racial element has been added after the fact. Its use as a political insult started with "cuckservative" which was used to describe conservative leaders and politicians who were perceived to have sold out. It's since been expanded to include anyone who promotes multiculturalism (that cuckold is derived from cuckoo should help explain that one), men who support feminism, pretty much anyone who has political views deemed against their own best interests. etc - and, of course, it's used in the manner you described by a small but significant minority of racist simpletons.

I see people trying to do with alt-right what they have more or less succeeded in doing with the term racist. They admit that a problem exists, but consistently fail or refuse to single out any individuals as racist. They don't have to blame anyone for it, it just sort of falls from heaven like the dew. It seems laughably stupid to expect people to fall for the trick, but it has worked before.

Also, they claim that anyone who does single out some specific person as a racist only does so because they call people that as an insult. Racism is so terrible, that no one should ever call someone out as racist because it's too grave of an insult. Anyone who uses the term is overusing it, and recklessly throwing it at anyone who disagrees with them!! !

Anyone, alt-right or alt-left or alt-whatever, who hangs out on the internet and spends hours insulting people obviously does not know what to do with themself and does not realize that what goes around comes around and that life is short.
