Communism does not have a good history----to say the least.

I'd rather live under a sort of Democratic Socialism--like they have in Scandinavia--than under Communism.

As for what has occurred in my "real life": I haven't met too many "white nationalists." Come to think of it: I've neve actually met one!

I've met plenty of racists, sure---but even these racists aren't stupid enough to believe in a "white race" which transcends ethnicity.

One tends to find much more "radicalism" on the Internet than one finds in "real life."

Yeah, intersectionalism without wealth as a category is a stupid idea.
Because it divides by gender, orientation, race, which are all things one doesn't change easily.

So we have the category of privilege, which is inherently tied to wealth, and then we divide people by categories that don't directly influence privilege, but ignore the one statistically connected to privilege, the only one that can unite people across tjeir biological divides.
But that would lead to class warfare. We can't have that. Let's have gender/race/etc warfare instead, so the rich csn stay rich.
That was basically how the brutish nazis lured the establishment into their thing.
By saying 'hey, a little antisemitism is better thsn communism, right?'

I don't have any hopes for communism either, though, as it is basically subject to the same dynamic of progress, just with centralized tyranny eather than distributed and dynamic tyranny of capital.

And I've met plenty of racist crackers here in both Georgia and Florida. In fact my great uncle was actually a member of the KKK. Glad I never met him!

We kinda see how this is going. While some white men have reacted with terrorism and tiki torches far more have become depressed, suicidal, abusive to their wives, addicted to opioids, etc. If the weaponized intersectionality gains more influence is there any reason to think more white men won't continue to give up rather then overreact?

I understand there are a lot of other factors contributing to these toxic behaviors but intersectional shaming and no platforming is one factor.

I may have met some white nationalists, but they weren’t forthright with those opinions. People join those sorts of groups in prison, frequently. I’ve seen people with swastikas tattooed on themselves. Perhaps not the best representation of white males that one could find...

Maybe they don’t even believe in that nonsense, but they just join prison gangs to stay safe.

In the 1920s, the KKK had millions of members. It was an old phenomenon.

But by the end of the 1920s, membership had dwindled dramatically.

I wonder how he felt about my Mom being married to and having a child with a Polynesian? Or as my other racist Uncle put it "An Island N*****"?

Some other aspects of demonizing white people...

• You can expect to be required to endure mandatory pre-emptive "Whites-Only Cultural Sensitivity Training", while similar training is declared optional for non-white and female people, if it is offered to them at all.

• You can expect to be schooled in "Political Correctness" for not using the latest and most fashionable and politically correct euphemism for describing a non-white person.

• You can expect to be taught that speaking openly about personal successes and achievements could be hurtful to non-white people in humbler circumstances.

• You can expect to be told that only non-white people experience any form of race-based assault, discrimination, or harassment.

• You can expect to be told that only white people experience any form of race-based privilege.

• You can expect to be viewed with suspicion or perceived as a threat for no other reason than being white, even when your every intent is friendly, helpful, honorable, and peaceful.

• You can expect to hear modern science being decried and criticized as 'Racist' merely because many of its major principles were discovered by white people.

• You can expect to never have a "Race Card" to play when things don't go the way you want them to.

• You can expect to witness a non-white person receiving applause for criticizing the alleged behavior of all white people everywhere.

• You can expect to witness a non-white person receiving applause for telling a joke that slanders all white people everywhere.

... but you learn to live with it.

There is no right way to do Communism, unless it's to not do Communism at all.

Well Capitalism aint working out too well for me either. If I lose my medicaid I'm f****d.

It's not Capitalism, per se. It's those bloated Capitalists in Washington who are effing with us.

That's exactly my point. Capitalist Pigs take full advantage of us poor folk. They only help us out when it's convient for them.

I'm white and I find life quite easy to navigate, don't get made to feel like a second class citizen when out shopping etc. The whole "war" is quite easy to sidestep.
