Your problem here is confusing American Jews with AIPAC, which is a lobbying organization for the Israeli government. Lobbying and money in politics are constant recurring problems in American politics, in many spheres of American society (the NRA, insurance companies lobbying against universal health care, fossil fuel companies lobbying against handling climate change, etc.). And yes, the Israeli government has gotten in the game, also. Don't confuse criticism of AIPAC and money in politics with attacks on American Jews.
There are indications that the attacks on Omar relates less to accusations of Antisemitism, and more to a general understanding in Congress that members of Congress won't attack specific lobbying and money in politics that other members benefit from. But of course they can't say that, so they find a bad-faith interpretation of her statement:

There is no evidence of "Benjamins" to refer to American money as being a common Antisemitic trope. Again, see the CounterPunch article above. To me, it appears to be a callback to the 1997 song by Puff Daddy:
