Those who believe otherwise (from my sources) point out how worse progressive tweets are not affected.
It true, that is a pretty sound argument, I would think.

He is charged with changing "Democrat" votes to "Republican".

"The complaint against Cooper says he changed an underline that several voters had placed under "Democrat" to a circle around "Republican."


Here in Washington state, votes by mail are placed by the voter into a security envelope before being placed into a second envelope with proper government address for counting. Any evidence of tampering with said security envelope is cause for that vote to be thrown out. Or in other words, no such thing is possible in my state.
Considering voter suppression in red states at the polls, I fail to see any alternative.
