The exotic pet trade is getting really popular, anything could be found anywhere really.

If I had the money and habitat I’d get one of these babies.

I’ll just make do with the native vipers that live in the yard.

My state has only 500 Timber Rattlesnakes and 200 copperheads in the whole state all endangered species.I have a niece who saw a copperhead on Mt. Carmel but was a rare site.I know there areas they live and could find them if I wanted but have never looked.

Here you have to look out for them rather than look for them.

Bears came for my pears but the dogs ran them off.I like hearing the coyotes sing.I’ve seen grey fox and a bobcat also.
The dogs keep all that away now so the hens ,geese and garden are safe.
The worst problem is a pesky rat that won’t go into the rat live trap.
The yard snakes are really slacking.

I have seen two bobcats; one on an interstate divider in Massachusetts and one really small one next to a river in Vermont.
