Autovore ("Self-eater")

Always found the term "omnivore" a bit...over the top. It's a bear, not a black hole.

Opportunivore.I eat what’s offered or I can afford.
I’d be a vegan if I could.I can’t afford the meatless options and my local store doesn’t really carry much.
I despise the cruelty of factory farms.

People think I'm odd cos I'm lactose intolerant and eat meat. I ask for oat milk then ask for something with meat in it. Especially cos mum's a vegan so they'll say 'oh so you want the normal milk?', nah I still want the oat milk cos of my stomach.

There's no lactose free cow milk where you're from?

But is it sustainable? I'm concerned about the carbon footprint of that dish, as it takes energy to cool water below the ambient temperature...

That means I am omnivore, you can't change that no matter what you try to convince yourself otherwise.

Sure you can, just stop eating meat. I have vegetarians in my family, they are healthier than most meat eaters I know. What you're saying is complete nonsense.

Reducitarian. I used to be a vegetarian but with my taste sensitivity & being underweight, it isn't healthy to restrict food more than I have to. If I have the option of a vegetarian meal or a meat meal and I like both of them, I'll take the vegetarian meal but I won't skip meals.

My mum's a vegan. People have all sorts of funny notions about it. Esp my dad. It literally just means 'no animal products' not 'you have to eat muesli/salad all the time'

Reducitarian describes me also. I have always been underweight and didn't think vegetarian was right for me. I have largely stopped eating beef, due to it's climate change impact. "The cow's gotta go" is my dietary mantra. On the ND side of my family, a great aunt who was born in the 1800s was a life-long vegetarian.

I tried Veganism back when that Freelee the banana girl was a thing. NEVER AGAIN.
Although while vegans do eat some nice food at restaurants and stuff, especially in Thailand it just wasn't for me, I got bored very quickly.

Vegetarianism was the same, you get bored of eating just Margarita Pizzas all the time.

I just eat meat and veg mostly. Pretty clear cut diet of avoiding carbs, not totally but most.

PROTEIN, THEM GAINS!

Meat eater transitioning very slowly into a mostly plant-based lifestyle.

Isn’t it funny how people sometimes think you’re vegetarian or vegan when you eat just one vegetarian or vegan meal?

My sister is vegan and she's a nutter

I tend to mostly eat fishies and only eat 4 legged beasts on the odd occasion.

Reducing meat consumption will reduce demand for stock animals which is good for the environment.

But I do like a steak like everyone else.
