DNA from the Bible's Canaanites lives on in Arabs and Jews
However, the status of Cananites is irrelevant to the status of Arabs because Arabs aren't Cananites, just like Jews aren't. As far as Arabs and Jews, yes Arabs and Jews are brothers. That is because Arabs are descendants of Ishmael and Jews are descendants Isaac, both of these are the sons of Abraham which, in turn, is a descendant of Shem. Therefore, Jews and Arabs are both descendants of Shem, which makes them brothers. But this, in turn, implies that neither of them are Cananites.
Since Cananites are not of Shem and the Cananite line was cursed, claiming that anyone is a Cananite would basically disqualify that group from the holy land.
But since neither Arabs nor Jews are Cananites, and since they are both of Shem, then yes, they both inherit the holy land. Of course there is a discussion as to whether or not Ishmael got to keep the blessing that he originally got and thats where Bible and Koran disagree. But that is an entirely different topic. Both Bible and Koran agree that Ishmael's ancestry was blessed -- in sharp contrast to Cananites.
Its a problem when modern people use fairy tales to classify themselves
No, it's a problem with people not studying what they are talking about. When I TA for math or physics I hear my students say equally stupid things about the topics we study in these classes.

You are confusing between "Arab" as Arabic-speaking peoples and "Arab" the supposed ethnicity from Arabia, the Arabic-speaking world is far bigger than Arabia. Re-read the two genetic studies mentioned in the link.
It is like you're saying that all Spanish-speaking Mexicans are Spaniards and not descendants of Mayans, that's exactly what you are saying. It's extremely unlikely that the Arab conquest wiped out all...ancient Egyptians for instance and totally replaced them.
Canaanism was a religion-culture, the cultural identity was very intertwined with religion; so it was lost when newer religions took over. Like the Mayans & Aztecs, Mexicans no longer self-identify as one of those ever since Christianity and the adoption of a new language.
Another funny and famous Zionist narrative: Palestinians were Ottomans, so they were not Canaanites.
As if the Jews weren't subjects to Roman empire too some time in history.
adjective, noun [ C ]
US /ˈær·əb/
a person whose language is Arabic, an important language of the Middle East, or who comes from an Arabic-speaking country, esp. in the Middle East
https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictio ... glish/arab

1)That modern of Jews of the Diaspora (dispersed throughout the globe) are descended from the Jews of the Bible who lived in the "Holy Land" (now called "Israel/Palestine").
2)That modern and ancient Jews are identifiably distinct from other middle eastern peoples.
Since the Eighties DNA tests actually do kinda support the first notion: that Jews in, say, Russia are indeed genetically distinct from their Gentile Slavic Russian neighbors. And further that Jews of the diaspora are related to each other, and further they seem to have a common origin. And that origin is in "the Levant" (the eastern Mediterranean coastline between Turkey and Egypt). DNA seems to show the Jews really ARA "Jews", and came from ancient Judea.
But DNA doesnt support the second part:that Jews are distinct from other modern Levantine folks in Arab countries. Jews are genetically quit similar to Arabs, and especially similar to Palestinian Arabs. One Italian scientist-author even stated that "the modern Israeli-Palestinian conflict is the genetic equivalent of a civil war". Brother against brother.
It's also no secret that Israel is controlled by Jewish people from the European diaspora who are genetically closer to northern and eastern Europeans than they are to their ancestors from the Levant. Since the fall of the Soviet Union thousands of blonde Slavic jews who have maybe 1% jewish ancestry at best have been granted "Aliyiah",
You didnt read what I said carefully. My point was the Zionism rests upon two notions: one thing that has actually proven to be true, and on another that has been shown to be wrong.
I said Diaspora Jews. are NOT distinct from other Middle Eastern folks, but that they ARE genetically distinct from their Gentile Nieghbors in nations in the Diaspora. Jews in Europe and Russia ARE genetically similar to modern Arabs and Middle Eastern people, and quite different from other north Europeans. Ashkenazi Jews from Poland and Russia may often have red hair, but they still tend to have a lot of Levantine DNA. Thats what the studies have shown. Though you're right its the Ashkenazi who dominate Israel. And they are probably the least genetically middle eastern of Jews. But they still have suprisingly large amount middle eastern DNA.

On a slightly related tangent...I’ve always wondered if there was any truth to Christian Identity (the white supremacist idea that European Christians are genetically descended from Northern Israel and thus have a superior claim on Israel than the Jews). I don’t mean the white supremacist part, I mean whether the nations of Europe had origins in ancient Israel, perhaps as descendants of disinherited Hebrew slaves. Typically we think, oh, they’re racists, they can’t possibly be right. But it would be interesting to see whether Jews in the diaspora hadn’t been mixing it up with their brothers and sisters all along and never knew it.
I view Israel as a spiritual home for all who worship God, one that all believers will one day return to. Revelation says that a fixed number of the tribes of Israel will rule in Heaven. Trouble is, there’s only one tribe. That means the remaining number will come from among those who don’t even know who they really are.
Regarding Ishmael, he’d been cut off from the inheritance and God’s desire that future rulers would descend through Abraham. Ishmael is only Isaac’s half-brother, not exactly blessed in the same sense. His descendants and Esau’s descendants were perpetual enemies of Israel. They weren’t subject to the horrors of conquest as the Canaanites were for the simple reasons they had the good sense to stay out of the promised land.

Is there any objective evidence in favour of it whatsoever?

Just a reminder: under international law, an occupying power has no right of self-defense, and those who are occupied have the right and duty to liberate themselves by any means possible.
White Gentile Europeans (and presumably all White Americans) have their origin in "northern Israel"?
How could this possible be anything other than...stupidity wrapped in stupidity wrapped into even more stupidity?
It is like saying that I, Naturalplastic, am the ancestor of the entire nation of Japan. Japan is a big population country, and it already long existed before I was born, and continues to exist contemporary with me.
The Jewish kingdoms of Israel and Judea came into being around 1000 BC. About 2000 years after civilization had begun in Egypt and in Mesopotamia.
For your theory to be true Europe would have to have been empty of people at that time. Stonehenge was already 15 centuries old when Joshua arrived in the Promised Land. Long story short: Etruscan, Greek, and Roman civilizations were emerging in southern europe at about the same time as the history of the Biblical Hebrews unfolded.
Virtually all modern European languages are Indo-European. No European language is Semitic. So there is no linguistic connection to the ancient Hebrews with any modern European nationality.
Just the first few problems that come to me off the top of my head.
How do you envision what you're saying? you're claiming that people from the northern half of a flyspeck sized country (northern Israel), were the ancestors of a race who occupy an entire continent (White Europeans)...a race that already occupied that continent at the same time in history as northern Israel existed.

Maltese is a Semitic language.

Your point?
By about the time of Moses (probably a bit before), some of the Indo-Europeans who migrated east had already arrived in India to found the Indus Valley civilization
Indus Valley was founded long before the arrival of the IEs
The genetic drift of the European jews resembles that of the Roma. Both groups more closely resemble the populations they lived amongst for 2000 years than their orginal ancestral homeland (i.e. Levant and Northern India). The Roma living in England for example are completely diluted and phenotypically indistinguishable from their neighbours.
I mean't using scriptures from holy books to determine genealogy when objective evidence exists that contradict what you are claiming

True, but that has nothing to do with what Krafty said.

That maybe what youve read. But thats pretty much the opposite of stuff I have read.
