People are forced to work by their own need for self-support, and are unemployable due to their own lack of skills or work-ethic. The average basement-dwelling mama's boy who dropped out of high school, has no marketable skills, and is unwilling to show up on time and carry out his job assignments is unemployable. The average high-school graduate who goes on to learn marketable skills and displays a strong work-ethic is more likely to be employed and remain employed.thinkinginpictures wrote:
