You will no doubt claim the contrary - but I will bet you are a white person funeralxempire. You are an identity politician, a race grifter.

I should be allowed the academic freedom to say exactly as I please, if it is reasonably delivered in terms of how it is communicated.

You don't own this place, even if you think you have the 'ear' of moderators.

You seem upset that your behaviours have been identified but that's not my problem.

Race grifting in this thread: Persons who socially see themselves as profiting for pointing out perceived and/or imaginary racism, giving themselves imaginary social justice brownie points.

You have misidentified perceived (from your perspective) behaviours - I am neither upset, nor incorrect.

Yes, everyone who disagrees with you is just doing it for some imaginary brownie points. It must be nice to treat all criticism as conspiratorial in nature.

I have already stated that I am happy for you to reject my opinions & you have a right to do so.

It was who questioned my place and existence in this forum, with a reference to moderators.

If you cannot hold a thought in your mind without accepting it on some level - that isn't my problem.

If you're incapable of following the ToS agreed upon than your continuing place and participation here is uncertain.

According to whom? You? You are not a moderator.

There is no ToS that says that academically researched opinions or life experiences cannot be shared.

Stop being the proverbial 'playground bully'. It's not healthy.

Four.  You left out "Education".  A high-school dropout is less likely to be hired than a high-school graduate; and a college grad is even more likely to be hired.  Even someone with only an Associate Degree is preferable to someone with only a high-school diploma or a GED.

This is all true.

I don't need to be a moderator to remind you that all users are bound by the ToS they agreed to when joining and that failure to abide by them can result in no longer being allowed to participate.

Would you like to point out the ToS that I have violated, then?

To be honest, your occupation states 'supervillain' & I identify as black and I am real life disabled.

I feel as though you are violating ToS by being discriminatory towards me.

If you feel I'm violating the ToS by criticizing your attempts to promote those talking points you're certainly welcome to report those posts.

Your link is reporting the opposite of what you're claiming OP.

No, it is not.

The link explains that black people have a harder time at obtaining positions of power in businesses. I.e, managerial roles, 'white collar' jobs and so on.
Agreed, that's what it does - "Black Britons and those of south Asian origin face “shocking” discrimination in the labour market at levels unchanged since the late 1960s, research has found", etc.

blitzkrieg wrote:
In an entry role or blue collar job, white folk are often at a disadvantage, especially in workplaces with a 'woke' organisational culture. :)
Possibly, but "white folk" is not an oppressed minority as per the article you linked.
You later said:
blitzkrieg wrote:
Any article or piece of text is open to interpretation on a subjective level. My interpretation of the article is that it supports the notion of black oppression - my opinion that white people can be oppressed in gaining entry level roles is an entirely different issue & one that is not explained in my post, but which is a viewpoint of mine anyway.
That's as maybe and is another topic altogether - but the Guardian article is about the difficulties faced by "Black Britons and those of south Asian origin", not white people.

It makes no sense to create a thread asserting one thing and provide a link to unrelated material as support for it - that's like saying "this thread is about oranges, and here's an article about plumbing in support".

Besides, these types of "but white people have it bad too!!" threads rarely provide meaningful conversation so I think it's better locked now rather than later when things get more fractious than they already are.
