Confessing that I didn't watch the video, so simply speaking to the headline in general.
People with a lot of wealth can get divorced from reality, in my experience. And they also tend to attribute all their success to their own talent and work, without understanding how much luck and timing is always involved. Or how much advantages in their family history put them on the path. They do work hard and have some talent, of course, but from what I've seen that is not the only reason they get ahead when someone else with the same talent and work ethic did not make it as far. Point being, that sense of being unique further distorts their ability to connect with reality. And disconnecting from reality tends to also disconnect one from their moral center and it becomes too easy to accept as "normal" immoral actions that the rest of us know are most definitely not normal.
There are always exceptions, of course.
