Confessing that I didn't watch the video, so simply speaking to the headline in general.

People with a lot of wealth can get divorced from reality, in my experience. And they also tend to attribute all their success to their own talent and work, without understanding how much luck and timing is always involved. Or how much advantages in their family history put them on the path. They do work hard and have some talent, of course, but from what I've seen that is not the only reason they get ahead when someone else with the same talent and work ethic did not make it as far. Point being, that sense of being unique further distorts their ability to connect with reality. And disconnecting from reality tends to also disconnect one from their moral center and it becomes too easy to accept as "normal" immoral actions that the rest of us know are most definitely not normal.

There are always exceptions, of course.

Yes, there's definitely a bubbling effect that divorces so many of them from reality on top of the lack of an incentive to poke too many holes in the established practices that brought the wealth.

Many rich ppl consider themselves above the law.
Look at Trump and politicians on either side of the political divide.
They would look good in orange. 8)

Lots of poor people consider themselves above the law as well.

I watched it in three installments.

The newscaster reminds me of actor Jack Black ("School of Rock"). Rather entertaining to watch.
