Trump will deploy military to US streets once inaugurated

Let me explain why I think Trump's reelection is basically a done deal now. Without going into too much detail, before 7 October there was a small possibility Biden could have won reelection. But Biden's response to the outbreak of violence in Gaza, which has been unapologetically sympathetic to Israel, has alienated enough of those who might previously have voted for him, at least as a vote against Trump, to preclude that happening now.
So...you're saying that the one percent of the US population who are actively anti Zionist. who woulda voted for Biden...will...not vote FOR Trump...but just abstain from voting for either...will be enough to tip the election to Trump?
If one considers people who vote Democratic and do in fact vote, I really don't know but I suspect it's way more than one per cent. In fact I often see articles about how Biden's current policy is hurting him politically.

I wouldn't treat it as a done-deal, even if it's a very likely outcome.
Besides, he's a geezer who lives off of fastfood. His heart is a ticking timebomb.
Your description of the ex-president being a geezer and the mentioning of fast food has tickled me.

I don’t really follow US politics that much. I’ve always thought Trump was a complete idiot. Hasn’t all the stuff with taxes and taking official secrets back to Mara Lago etc done him irreparable damage? .
You would think.
But, imagine if Christ were to return to Earth. And he ran for head honcho of your country. And you became convinced that he WAS Christ. Then ...you would buy into believing that....any and all charges against him are fabricated by the baddies conspiring to crucify him again. All of those boxes of secrets just...stuck to his clothes when he left the Whitehouse, and that his 91 felonies are all contrived charges.
Thats how Trump supporters think. I suppose.

I doubt even his supporters would tolerate soldiers in the streets. It would certainly get him impeached. It goes against their ideals about civil liberty, and "big government"
I disagree, as he had demonstrators cleared from DC streets so he could have a photo op (holding a Bible upside down and backwards). I don't recall his supporters calling him out on that. On top of that, he and his people had seriously considered suppressing Anti-Trump demonstrators with the military during the January 6 coup. Michael Cohen has warned that Trump has long had strongman aspirations, and this is something straight out of the despot's playbook. As for his supporters calling him out on it - - I wouldn't count on it, as many of the MAGA types are so brainwashed to support the Trump cult of personality. They'd see it as just a more extreme way of owning the libs. I can only hope there would still be enough officers in the military of conscience who'd place loyalty to the constitution above that to the sitting President.
