So it is a thread for nobody but Jesus? I wasn't aware that Christianity had a group of people who could honestly claim to be completely sin free.

Youve been listening to Catholics again!

The Bible says, "The wages of sin are death". ie not internal torture, God is a God of Love, the Catholics changed the meaning of the word Hell in order to frighten more people into going to church and leaving them all thier money.

Even dead sinners are ressurected you know, God gives them another chance in a world free of the evil influence and hardships of this Satanic rule. Jesus death buys your life back, even the lives of sinners.

Its people who are alive now, at the time of the end though who have to make a choice, will you except the Mark of the Beast, (the New World Order), in which case your name is removed from the book of life, or will you face its persecution in order to be found on Gods side in the big battle to come?

People who do not observe the sabbath, they carry the mark of the beast, according to some.

People who do not observe the sabbath, they carry the mark of the beast, according to some.

"16 And it puts under compulsion all persons, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free and the slaves, that they should give these a mark in their right hand or upon their forehead, 17 and that nobody might be able to buy or sell except a person having the mark, the name of the wild beast or the number of its name. 18 Here is where wisdom comes in: Let the one that has intelligence calculate the number of the wild beast, for it is a man’s number; and its number is six hundred and sixty-six. "

I think people who do observe the sabboth can still go shopping during the week so I feel the "some" you mention will end up getting the mark of the beast when it does arrive due to thier apparent lack of wisdom.

I was baptized at the age of three months, too young to understand what was going on and incapable of voicing any objections. Apparently it was a very traumatic experience for me, because for the following seven or eight years I was absolutely terrified of pipe organs and other church stuff.

I never did actually believe in Christianity, though, despite (or because of?) reading large sections of the Bible. And, although I'm reasonably sure that neither heaven or hell could actually exist, I've made a conscious choice to opt for hell in an act of solidarity for any other beings who might be trapped there. (Including the hypothetical fallen angels, BTW.)

You were baptized against your will too?

It seems Christians have a history of forced convertions.
