Because he selected Dick Cheney to be his VP. Maybe he isn't as dumb as he looks.

My question is who are these 1% of Democrats that approve??? Dixiecrats of the Strom Thurmond era? Hippies that are so stoned they didn't understand the question? Hillary Clinton & Barack Obama for making the Republicans so hated? Who???
