Really good fiction - based on a number of true elements, like various medieval societies that were hiding something (probably plunder from the crusades). Feuds among European families that have largely subsided, which went on so long that no one really knew what they were about.

Not really.

I enjoyed it. Not brilliantly written and most of the ideas stolen straight from The Holy Blood and The Holy Grail, but besides that, a very enjoyable pop-lit romp.

Shawn, can you recall the quote where one of the Rockefellers (may have been John, not sure though...) admitted openly to the 'new world order' being their aim??

Did you read the original post?.. don't ridicule opinions here.. if you have proof that they DONT exist then please come forward, otherwise dont be calling people an idiot, and nobody is afraid of them accept weak minded individuals.. if they don't concern you though, then you have other problems

I don't think there is an Illuminati as such; to me that's more a catch-phrase to describe the power-families without having to run through all the different families and factions. It's far easier to say 'the illuminati' than to run through everything - and everyone knows toughly what you're talking about if you say 'illuminati'. So for ease of description it's a term to use more than anything else.

And Shawn, not the quote I was thinking of, there's another one where he was in a press conference and specifically mentioned a new world order - this was before the days of chipping and anything else; it was just a reference to the NWO. I know it was in a magazine I had but I've just done a clear-out and it's now at the recycling plant unfortunately or I'd look it up!
