Being highly pedantic in my nature, I would have to agree... UFO's do exist.

A UFO is after all, an "Unidentified Flying Object" and Aliens are real, the title never said anything about them definitely visiting us... hahaa, beat that one.

Therefore, no debate can be made. UFO's exist and Aliens are real

There's no doubt in my mind that there would have to be UFOs and that at least some could contain aliens. I'm not sure why they'd visit earth though and I certainly haven't seen one.

But then ... how many people have seen Jesus or Buddha compared to those who believe?

the only logical reason a person would support these phenomenon without the ability to prove them, remotely yes, but this is a "gray" world, would they believe, in the end, believing this false belief will bind people together, like its a good thing, problem is they are ignorant to the fact that it is a lie in the first place, i agree phenomenon/supernatural belief is just a concept, really they are just structures to start theorizing and calculating how the world works, they were not meant to be 100% correct, as Einstein said Religion & Science grows from the same tree (in other words) Science was a breakthrough and now negates most of the Theories/Concepts of religion, therefore they have found a more accurate concept, therefore Science is an improvement and a replacement for religion (for what it really is), Religion is being tainted and used nowadays for bad means because it encourages the "leap of faith" and unlogical thinking, when in reality i believe the birth of religion was'nt intended to do this slight of hand misdeed, i think religion nowadays is abused by conveniance seeing "bad" bias minds

Do I believe we've been visited by extraterrestrial life? No.
Do I believe life exists in other parts of the Universe? Yes.

i liked one comment a person made at the king of conspiracy sites (abovetopsecret), he said, if aliens have soo much better technology and have the means to get here, why the hell do they always crash??? they have so called "super" technology (these are in different words but pretty much makes the same point)

The Lunar sky is black, even in the daytime.

They DONT. And thats probably the best explanation for why there has never been a documented, confirmed case of actual aliens reaching earth. The few UFO cases in which the object was indeed an actual vehicle yet there is or was no man-made vehicle which could be responsible do not involve crashes at all. The object disappears from terrestrial airspace never to be seen again.

I really wonder why its such a far-fetched idea to most people. I do believe quite strongly, but I think that its more likely that Earth is being visited by robotic probes from distant worlds than spaceships with aliens on board.

If you take the reports seriously there have been aliens around at least since WWII when "foo fighters" were spotted. But it seems, aside from a few sightings, they don't do anything so why worry, who cares?

UFOs are nothing knew, contrary to what Carl Sagan promulgated. Strange objects have been seen in the skies over earth for thousands of years. There's even a biblical story about what could be classified as an Unidentified Flying Object.

and the majority of humans are stupid, superstitious animals whose opinions aren't reliable other than to verify they saw something and obviously have no clue what they saw (again, god of the gaps: some dumb human can't comprehend what they've seen and so they make up some myth about it).
