Anyways... Here is the topic for the debates.

Autism is caused by the government. Joseph Menegel, along with other Nazi scientists invented a DNA structure to cause humans to be more apathetic soldiers. All autistic mutations are caused by experiments during WWII. Dr. Hans Asperger led the movement with his knowledge of the mutation.
