Why not legalized all prescription drugs for over the counter use? Reason not to do so is that the wiser of society realize there would be more abusers of prescription grade medicines. That's why doctors exists, to prescribe as they were educated to do, that is the law as well.
Fundamentally the argument (debate) is, should there be limits to freedom? IF so, under what circumstances aside from the obvious of harming another person deem it necessary to make something against the law?
M.J of course does not make someone violent like other drugs can, just the opposite correct?

Prescription does not work anyway, it is really easy to get a prescription.

I am all for them making everything birth control related to be non-prescription.
