He died in the loneliest (most remote) part of Texas.

Most resorts that offer hunting are in remote areas.It looks like a nice place.

West Texas (not to be confused with West, Texas) is also popular with the UFO/alien/paranormal crowd. Marfa, where Scalia died, is famous for the Marfa Lights, as well as being the setting for the movie Giant.

Also, Elon Musk is always scouting the Trans-Pecos region of Texas, as well as the entire southern half of New Mexico, for SpaceX development.

I knew someone would bring this up. This is what I mean by thinking for yourself and asking questions and finding facts. I have several different news sources that I listen to and Michael Savage is one. So is Glenn Beck, Drudge, Alex Jones, Sean Hannity, and to a point Fox News and CNN. I will not listen to MSNBC. Even though I may listen to these sources I also pick and choose what I believe. I will listen then compare notes to the others. I will not believe anything if there is conflicting information. I find the big channels like CNN and Fox aren't going to tell the small bits of info that could be important. People always say they don't think these sources are credible, but Glenn Beck, Savage and Alex Jones will tell you what they know and then not to accept what they say as fact, but to research and make sure what they are saying is true.

About Savage and how he thinks about autism, I read what he had to say and I chose not to believe it - otherwise I wouldn't be here. However, that's his opinion and he is able to speak his views. I'm an advocate for free speech.

If there are any news sources people here use that they think tell the truth, then I'd be more than willing to add them to my list of news sources.

Regardless, Savage is a real Wiener.

Last I heard, he tried to reinvigorate his carer, but that was a dismal failure.
From what I understand, Wiener was viewed the same way Cruz currently is by senatorial Republicans; both were very disliked by both sides of the aisle.

as for the autopsy, The Vatican says it's only permitted for 'legal inquests or scientific research' (http://www.vatican.va/archive/ccc_css/archive/catechism/p3s2c2a5.htm#2300), and neither appears to apply.

I've seen some stuff on the Marfa lights.We have a big UFO conference near here at Eureka Springs.The other day at the store there was a flyer for people to report Bigfoot sightings.Thats just silly,everyone knows the Bigfoot is in SoArk.A small town called Foucke.There was even a cheesy movie about it,The Legend Of Boggy Creek.I think a lot of rural areas have weird rumors or sightings.Maybe a bad batch of shine.

Well, first-of-all, I must admit that I had a few warning bells go off in my head, when I heard a couple of things..... First, that there was no autopsy----I thought it was the law that even if Joe Schmoe was *found dead*, there had to be an autopsy. I would think a person as important as Judge Scalia, it would be done.

Second warning bell was the fact that they said *no foul play was suspected*, the very first time they reported it (my local NBC affiliate). I thought that was strange to mention that, before anyone asked.

The third warning bell was when they said, and I quote, he was found in *perfect repose*. The fourth warning bell was when he was sent-back home, so quickly. Usually, someone's always waiting on something, or whatever, and it takes a couple more days to ship somebody home.

As for the pillow-over-the-head thing: that's been explained to my satisfaction; but, the straightened sheets has NOT. If he was murdered----IF, IF, IF----it's quite logical, IMO, that a murderer would straighten the sheets, to cover-up a struggle. As for the pillow, in a murder scenario, I would think that it would be the FIRST thing, that a killer would take-care-of (put it back behind his head). As for everybody at this spa / lodge / whatever being in on a cover-up, that's not difficult to swallow.....

As for a heart condition patient being told to do exercise----even as rigorous as tennis----that's not difficult to swallow, either, as my mother's doctor told her, when he diagnosed her with a heart condition, to bowl or swim----both of which, IMO, are rigorous.

Opponents of Mr. Obama’s climate policy called the court’s action historic.

The White House said in a statement that it disagreed with the court’s decision and remained confident that it would ultimately prevail. “The administration will continue to take aggressive steps to make forward progress to reduce carbon emissions,” it said.

As for SCOTUS still be able to make a decision: I read and heard that if there is a tie, the ruling would be defaulted (for lack of a better word), to the last court's decision (the last *regular* court that heard the case / made a ruling).

Well it's too bad he didn't die before he cast that vote.
It was good for the coal companies but bad for anyone with asthma,or for people that like clean air in general.
