i bet we know a lot more than you think. there aren't any structures that we don't at least know SOMETHING that they do. we know all major tracts. but to get down to how it sustains itself and a more thorough view of the +10 billion connections... no we're not close.... but we're gettin there. there's actually some pretty interesting computer simulations for how our brain network runs ect...
wish me luck on my brain physiology final this sat!
edit: what's SUPER cool about the brain... is that it's plastic (meaning it is very mallible and can compensate for AMAZING detriments)

Well, my point is that we've been getting there for thousands of years, and we're still nowhere close to understanding it all.
So, how can some people claim the design is "stupid", when we've nowhere near discovered what the entire design is??
