Seriously, wth is going on with this dude? If I was the president, I'd find out exactly how many secrets I could look at without breaking the law, and look at every freaking one of them. I'd tour area 51 within my first week in office, and I'd be all over anything more secret than that. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

I'm seeing lots of stories which show a statistical correlation between the President's tweets, and Breitbart and Fox. His time is pretty well accounted-for, I guess, and mostly he seems to fly back and forth to Florida, right? I have a real problem with this lack of curiosity. I mean, he got into office watching what they said, and succeeded in saying it shamelessly, which his electorate likes a lot. It seems like, instead of taking classified reports to bed with him at night (which I, for one, would do EVERY NIGHT), he's watching news channels which lead him into issues with the amount of hair which his staff leaves in our carpets. From his causing them to tear it out, I mean. Maybe the more important point is that he just watches what reinforces the things he already believes.

It stands out considerably more when the party who's always touted themselves as being so much more peaceful, tolerant, enlightened and sophisticated does it.

Consider all the death threats all the electors received to try intimidating them into changing their vote for example.

Doing what they snootily claimed the other side would do, but not them, because they were supposedly so above such behavior.

Since you seem to care, I consider it entirely possible that you, EzraS, are smarter than I. I find it odd that you show it by excelling at snark, but meh.

Ezra, everyone on this board is struggling with autism in some way, I don't know why you think you are unique here. I too wonder at your attitude. If you were as dismissive as your posts suggest, you wouldn't bother posting, and yet you do, so you must have an interest in participating. It seems that this interest is less in the topic and more in name-calling from the peanut gallery.

I am not attempting to vilify you; I just think you are capable of upping your game. This is obvious, but it's worth remembering that just because someone does something to you does not mean you have to do the same to them. You determine your behaviour, not someone else.

And that's gist of it all, their skepticism and intellectual posturing only extends as far as what they don't believe in and then all rules are thrown out the window. I listen to other people, I just don't put much heed in dishonest or ignorant opinions. The elusiveness to answering some very base questions when it comes to a topic is always a dead giveaway, they have no real intention of discussion so treat them accordingly.
