Is it suspicious that both of them are rumored to be performance artists?
about the topic though Sharon Bialek is apparently a registered republican.
if this is a dirty trick that and the timing point to it being done either by Mitts folks
or the dopes in the Perry campaign.

1. If this lady were really of the same political persuasion, she wouldn't have picked a Democrat Campaign Operative as her lawyer.

2. She never filed any complaint or made allegations until now.

3. She has a history of financial problems.

poor Inuyasha. His world is crashing down around him. When Cain's campaign is obliterated, we can start talking about Newt's infidelities. He's not a bumbling idiot like Bachmann, Perry, or Cain but his record is even worse. They're just so damn patriotic.

1. What does her lawyer's politics have to do with the price of tea in China?
2. The National Restaurant Association had covered Cain's ass with a cash payment to her in order to avoid formal charges.

She wasn't working for him, she was just someone who was having a conversation with him about finding a job. So it would be her word against his, a lot of embarrassment, plenty to lose, and very little to gain.

Now that he's running for president, what she has to gain is to not see a skeevy groper in the oval office.

Interesting that Bialek had to read what happened to her from a page on camera, even though she didn't seem emotional and even smiled brightly as she was closing her reading. I mean, if this horrific thing really happened to her, and scarred her so much that the world's attention is now necessary for her to tell it, you'd think she'd remember the very basics of what it was she wanted to say. I think there's some serious money backing this Allred-Bialek duo to say these things. If Barack Obama runs against an authentic conservative, he'll lose. And if that conservative is Herman Cain, how are liberals going to play their race card? That's why I think there's this massive effort to shut him down, by any means necessary.
Incidently, selecting Allred as your attorney is equivalent to selecting Jesse Jackson as your minister.

For one thing, Cain has already said that these allegations were coming from Rick Perry, not Barack Obama.
And another, what's wrong with Jesse Jackson?
