Absolutely not; that's a straw man. I'm telling you that it's a neurological fact that the zef isn't conscious intil the late 2nd trimester,
at the absloute, distant earliest, with a huge benefit of the doubt. More likely it isn't conscious until the 3rd trimester, because that's when things start to link up and there are enough functional neurons to actually do anything.
