There is no glee. It doesn't effect me one way or the other. It's just a fact. Though it would be nice to stop wasting our tax money on a hopeless cause.

I disagree. We can make it better and should stay involved. We should promote the idea wars are not necessary and that Gaza can be a lovely city like Beirut, a prize the Palestinians do not want tainted by violence and destruction. Right now they feel they have nothing to lose so they have this insane mindset but they can stop with the fanaticism and become more like Lebanon. Go the opposite direction and focus on now, not yesterday, This is pure wisdom yet they keep making stupid choices. They need to get with it, for real, because it's really frustrating and ridiculous the same old tired tactics that haven't worked in fifty plus years just make them look like they are completely ignorant and clueless.

And also send in Native American mentors they could really help the situation and the Palestinians would relate to them better. Have them coach the Palestinians on how to build a better today and tomorrow instead of just destroying prosperity. Native American history is a blue print for peace. Both sides should examine it and model the peace process after it. The Palestinians can open up a few casinos in Gaza, even.

As long as there are Israelis willing to live there, there will be an Israel. And as long as Muslim extremists make themselves enemies of the west, we will finance Israel.

Max you are only saying that because you don't want to give up your house. Well you have to understand people have the same sentiment everywhere that's why it's important to let go of the hate, figure out a way of compensation for the past that is WORKABLE then create the kind of environment that is too valuable to destroy. Most do not want to see lovely cities they toiled to create destroyed with missiles. So, we should work to get Gazans to that point, where they are ready to work with the situation, recognize Israel as a state that isn't going away, make peace with this reality, then start building their prosperity and city. Doesn't this sound MUCH better than what they have now?

You cannot get involved in some kind of mob war with entire nations. Each issue is unique and requires its own moral consideration. You cannot unjustly take sides against an entire people because you consider them unfriendly. If they have done something unjust against you then punish the culprits for that, but you cannot oppose an entire nation even when they are right. That is what gangsters do, nations are supposed to have more integrity.

Tequila they are invading and taking over everything that remains of Palestine. They are just stealing land and resources.

They are not living with the arabs, they are building fortified settlements, harassing and driving them out and Israel supports them. Sure it maybe ok for them to immigrate, but that is different from just coming over and claiming land.

What???? No. They already invaded and they took what once belonged to the Jews. Zion. They want to bring all the Jews back to it and they have already successfully reunited millions of Jews with their beloved Zion.

They abandoned it because of strife and war now they have returned and will live there forever. It is open to all Jews who wish to return it's their homeland. All Jews can return and be free if they wish to.
