I concede I have a strong dislike for Wilson, as his wartime domestic policy had caused the end of the Progressive Era, and had given rise to a new conservatism in the political air, which had included the rebirth of the KKK, while he himself was personally a racist. That said, both his and Lincoln's policies were only temporary.

he has said that if elected he would adopt a more "presidential" hairstyle. or presumably stronger hairspray at least.

I like the method of solid medium step, observe feedback, another medium step, observe more feedback, etc.

I suppose anybody as rich as him could use bankruptcy strategically somehow.

..I suppose anyone who can fit Trump onto a bank note and into a call centre would only end up being FIRED.

I wonder if there will be a quiet deal made by the GOP to T Rump? to get him to go away.

GOP, like in Gestapo? hmph, that's a bit full on even for readers digest, nah just tie dye his hair and make him look less noticeable. A full on tan like he's got would rumble him.

I predict that if in office he will not get along with congress. he will manage to piss off both sides of the aisle.

I predict they'll unanimously try to impeach him for incompetence.

Or floss his way down the isle and back with the kind of fossil energy that only a midnight fox in his position can do.

I predict he will wrap the tea party around his little finger, and try to form a type of quasi-fifth column.

Trump is a long-time Clinton pal, has stated that he "identifies more" as a Democrat, until recently held typical Dem positions on most things. He doesn't want the presidency, he wants to stir up publicity now, so he'll have enough support to run on a third-party ticket, so he can take votes from the GOP candidate and hand the election to his Dem buddies.

so somebody is paying him off.

I'm wondering if some people might end up voting for T. Rump as a vote of no confidence, and not because they actually like him? Barely anybody seems to have any trust left in either party, and the common thing I've heard is that voting for him will the way of sticking their middle finger up at both parties.

the problem is that I think a vote for him will be more often than not a vote taken away from a democrat and given to a gop. so those very same voters may find themselves getting the big middle finger shoved way up where the moon don't shine.
