I'll have to correct you there... I've never posted it once. Chever just over uses it when he talks to me so you probably think I use it because you see it whenever I'm in the same thread as him.. I guess I give him a headache

I'm looking forward to Hell. I like heavy metal and George Carlin, so I don't understand the whole "suffering for eternity" issue. I mean, I hear Hitler is a real buzzkill, but he doesn't show up at many of the denizens' parties. Satan's pretty bad though; he gets real bitchy if you don't use a coaster, and he only drinks wine coolers. I mean, WTF?

I look forward to meeting Hypatia.

No, they ask for 'proof' of evolution and then don't get it, of course.

Then I'm in luck because I have a whole bunch of exact ordinary differential equations to solve and surely a man such as yourself, whose intellect clearly towers over my own, will be able to integrate them with ease. Should I typeset them and send you the PDF tomorrow?

And brush your teeth, you incredibly unfunny Briton.

Still stands.

Falsely believing that your definition of the word proof is the only correct definition also does not make you right. You can b***h about linguistics all you want. You are still unable to understand similes, metaphors, synonyms, colloquial speech and the English language in general. There is no absolute definition of any one word. Intelligent people can usually puzzle out what definition is being used and since you cannot, this just says to me that you are a dumbass. Since you seem to be incapable of understanding plain English, I shall try to relay the following in terms you should understand. If you still want to continue to waste your own time by persisting in your idiosyncratic BS, then this will serve as even more evidence to support this and will also serve as evidence to suggest that you are just using this, quote, argument, unquote, as a straw man, which, in turn, serves as evidence to suggest that your first point is completely without merit, intrinsic value, or has any basis, in truth, facts, proof, evidence and/or data whatsoever. All of this added up together serves as evidence to further highlight your acute lack of intelligence, logic or reason, which, in turn, serves as evidence to suggest you are nothing but a vindictive know-nothing whose purpose is to spread dissent in an otherwise perfectly good thread. Your evident rudeness, abrasiveness, and die-hard clinging to obviously fallacious arguments, evidently serves as evidence to support all of this. You also completely fail to understand sarcasm, irony, satire and obscure humour if not just humour in general as well as failing to spot obvious trolling. Using all of this evidence, I thus conclude, and put it to you, that you are a complete boob. Get back to the point, or simply go and kill yourself. You fail at humour, you fail at language and you fail at life. Magnus and others are trying to have a decent conversation about a relevant topic whilst all you care about is brainwashing others with your arrogant misconceptions.

So, since your intellect dwarfs mine easily, are you doing those exact ordinary diff eqs for me or not?

You elided my question from your response. I found this strange because you had to subject everything else I said to a torrent of verbal diarrhea, while being unable to answer a very simple yes/no question.

And since you are the king of logic and reason, a veritable Boole or De Morgan, I'd like to enjoy the awe-inspiring profundity of your own work. Here's a humble sample of mine:

http://math.wikia.com/wiki/Integration_by_parts
http://math.wikia.com/wiki/Proof_of_Che ... inequality
http://math.wikia.com/wiki/Proof_of_unb ... r_variance

Granted, it's not much yet, but I'm sure it's a hell of a lot better than anything you've ever done. I may only be a second-year student, but I know when someone's bloviating about skills he doesn't actually have, something you are very clearly doing. For starters, you aren't enrolled as a student in computer science or mathematics (I'm in both). These formally codify logic in case you didn't know, and if I were really as shit-brained as you say I am, I wouldn't have made it this far. Furthermore, you haven't shown any independent experience in these fields either. Such would have been acceptable; Leibniz didn't have a formal math education either. But you have neither. In short, you're just bragging. I'd frankly be surprised if you'd ever seen a symbolic logic proof, much less written one. (I've written dozens by now.)

Hell, I'd like to see you make it through the first chapter of my piddly second-year computer science text, much less everything I'll have to take on as an upper undergraduate and graduate student...

Disintegration topic

To me, anarchy reminds me of the chaos that erupted in my grade 5 class when the teacher left the room after having a breakdown due to the teaching load of 50 students. Wow, I am glad that was a distant memory, but not so distant that I decided we need some politically stable infrastructure with a workable history.
In Canada, we call this Peace, Order and Good Government. This has evolved over time, and will continue, albeit slowly. Removing the source of order (eg the teacher) created a wild mess that upset my Aspie sensibilities. As I recall I did not engage in the free-for-all. It is not my style.

Now, when I think of anarchy, I visualize my youngest daughter's room. 8O

P(B|A), or the probability of the student wearing trousers given that the student is a girl. As they are as likely to wear skirts as trousers, this is 0.5.
P(B|A'), or the probability of the student wearing trousers given that the student is a boy. This is given as 1.
P(B), or the probability of a (randomly selected) student wearing trousers regardless of any other information. Since P(B) = P(B|A)P(A) + P(B|A')P(A'), this is 0.5×0.4 + 1×0.6 = 0.8.

Wrong. I didn't say I was an expert or had experience in either field, I said I knew more than you generally, which is most likely true considering you have no clue on how to apply diction correctly amongst a wealth of other things. I know lots of things in lots of different areas and, from what I gather, you only know things regarding two specific areas, as a result I am able to do a host of things that contribute to my ability to function in society.

I can do a lot of other things.

For example, my friends Florentina and Pattaraporn said that I pick up on tone and difficult phonemes such as 'ฏ' pretty quickly for a Westerner. I'd like to be an engineer / educator in the poor rural Isan area (I have a good command of geography, too) and it seems I would be ideally suited to do so

Lol. When I'm earning over £800 an hour, we'll see. Especially when I'm earning £100-£200 for every free-lance programming job I get. Okay so all us Britons can only dream of such a job, hmm, let me see, one of my friends is earning £500 a week as an assistant engineer and they are not even out of college yet, one of my friends has started his own business, my grandad owns a building firm, one of my uncles is a director of a building firm and a funeral director firm, my friend's dad owns a building firm. We're so hard up, lol.

Unless you formulate your answers in less than 2 minutes then no. Also, copying and pasting from a word document of pre-formulated responses and editing them slightly to better fit the situation is not really time-consuming. Besides, I'm not wasting my time at all. I'm deliberately aggrevating you for my own entertainment and it's working.

Bwa ha ha ha, right, understanding the Universe itself is 'easy' and 'unfulfilling'. No wonder Britain is no longer a world superpower. Jealous much?

If you really found such things easy, you would have been able to answer the question I posed several posts ago.

I can't believe this is still going and it's way off the topic.

Here is a song about trolls.

The moral of the story is that trolls just need to be loved. Only then will they turn into a real person.

Herr Mannilig (the troll song)

Early one morning before the sun did rise
And the birds sang their sweet song
The mountain troll proposed to the fair squire
She had a false deceitful tongue
Sir Mannelig, Sir Mannelig won`t you marry me
For all that I`ll gladly give you
You may answer only yes or no
Will you do so or noTo you I will give the twelve great steeds
That graze in a shady grove
Never has a saddle been mounted on their backs
Nor had a bit in their mouths
To you I will give the twelve fine mills
That stand between Tillo and Terno
The mill stones are made of the reddest brass
And the wheels are silver-laden
To you I will give the gilded sword
That jingles from fifteen gold rings
And strike with it in battle as you will
On the battlefield you will conquerTo you I will give a brand new shirt
The lustrous best for to wear
It is not sewn with needle or thread
But crocheted of the whitest silkGifts such as these I would gladly receive
If you were a Christian woman
But I know you are the worst mountain troll
From the spawn of Necken and the devilThe mountain troll ran out the doorShe wailed and she shrieked so loudly
&quotHad I gotten that handsome squire
From my torment I would be free now”

Sir Mannelig, Sir Mannelig won`t you marry me
For all that I`ll gladly give you
You may answer only yes or no
Will you do so or no
