Yea, if I was a better person, I'd be doing something productive with myself right now, no argument there.

And which person did that target?
Anyone who considers themselves a liberal.
Know what the word "personal" means?
An ad hominem (Latin for "to the man" or "to the person"[1]), short for argumentum ad hominem, is an attack on an argument made by attacking the character, motive, or other attribute of the person making the argument, rather than attacking the argument directly.
maybe you should stop issuing personal attacks if you're sensitive about them. just a thought.
^Bolding mine. The key word there is "the person". Show me where I used the Shirley the Sheep image on any one person, which would make it a personal attack. Can you differentiate between person and people?
You really seem to be having a tough time making a point tonight.

You don't want facts. You've already made up your mind on what the truth is - he was murdered. You're just looking for conformation.
By the way, putting the word "next" at the end of your posts makes you sound completely pretentious. It's not even remotely clever.

Why in the world would a lone pathologist make a sliver of difference in this train of thought?
With hindsight, do i think an autopsy should have been done? If i were the jop, i probably would have called for one. Though, if i then heard about measurable health problems from the doctor and family, the request from the religious family not to, and on-site law saying they had no suspicions, for a heavy 79 year old man, i might decide to just honor the wishes of the family.
Given that such a decision is neither illegal, nor unheard of, it wouldn't even occur to me that someone would take that simple action and run to the conspiracy hills. I would do the same whether he was left, right, or upside-down. However, I can't help but wonder, is this outrage really about a potential murder and corruption and would be the same if if the current president were a republican and scalia on the left, or is it simply upset because scalia was far right and the current president isn't? it strongly reads as the latter.

Well at least you are trying to understand. The big deal is that Scalia was the one vote on the Supreme Court that was a sure vote for the Repubs. Now that he is dead, Asswipe (yes you all heard me - that's my pet name for him) has more leeway to push through what he wants because the vote will no longer be 5-4. That's why I put the post about Scalia being the deciding vote. Scalia is dead 6 days after he was the deciding vote on the greenhouse gas emissions that Asswipe wanted. There are also decisions being made on unions and abortion, etc. that Scalia's vote would be very important. We haven't heard from Scalia's doctor what ailments he had (I already said all of this in another post), all we are going on is what this Cinderela woman is saying "I wave my wand and pronounce you dead over the phone!" The onsite sheriff who said there was not foul play was appointed by Asswipe (which I already said in another post, as well). The ranch was owned by a well known Democrat. This is a freaking murder mystery writing itself. Geez. Did you read any of my other posts? Asswipe has this one year to push through all of his crap and I don't think it would be beneath him to knock someone off. Afterall, that's the Chicago way and that's how you get Scalia!
So Republicans are risking their lives when they sleep at a Democrats house?I haven't smothered one yet.
Again,His physcian can't talk because of patient privilege.
The Chicago way?Yeah everyone from there is an assassin

Justice Scalia was not a light weight. We was carrying around some pounds so heart failure is hardly a surprise.

THERE IS NO PROOF THAT HE HAD AN MI. Show me the damn proof!!
Next.
Let's say that for giggles, Obama had him offed.
Why now, when he's already on his way out?
The timing would have been far more advantageous had it occured earlier in his presidency.
He's been busy - this is just one of his many tricks that he has up his sleeve. Do you realize if he is able to get "one of his own" to take Scalia's place it's for life and then the Democrats have a free ride until who knows when? It took him awhile to get all of his ducks in a row, so to speak.

That's no fun. You can't have a political debate without personal attacks and counterattacks. Takes all the meaning out of the thing.

Yes, i did read all of your other posts. My questions were not why is scalia important for the far-right. I understand that. What i'm wondering is:
If thinking this all is a conspiracy, based on what you have posted, it would be so incredibly complex and involve so many people, why would you then trust a pathologist's report? What difference would that make? If it said 'natural causes', wouldn't/couldn't it just be then viewed that the pathologist is part of it?
Do you really care about murder/corruption and would be equally upset if scalia were far left and the president republican? Or is the concern here just about what potential 'left' things getting passed without scalia?
As for ailments, the reports i read stated that the judge released publicly the doctor's statement to her (as below and has been discussed here). Meanwhile, the doctor, citing patient confidentiality refused to say more (but surely, unless part of the conspiracy, would have if he felt he was being drastically misquoted and scalia actually had no major issues, no?).
"Although information is preliminary, Scalia’s physician, Brian Monahan, has been reported as having said that Scalia had both high blood pressure and “heart trouble.” Most notably, Monahan reportedly said that Scalia had been in too poor health to receive shoulder surgery. As an internist, I read this piece of information as suggesting that there was fairly severe heart disease that made surgery too risky."

Dude, I'm the only one who has any facts listed in this thread, where's yours, if I may be so bold? I will say it again - no one on the Left has come up with anything of substance because there is no reason why there should not have been an autopsy done on such an important government official. It is no surprise why the government gets away with so much crap because everyone just sits back and lets it all happen - no questions asked. This country will be taken over in no time, thanks to the people on the Left.
One more thing, if this had happened under the watch of a Republican President, you all would be screaming for an autopsy. You'd be wanting someone's head on a platter. You're not kidding me one bit.
And to the two or three of you in this thread that wished Scalia dead, how do even wake up in the morning and live with yourselves?

I'm not on the left. I have very little interest in politics really. So long as my life isn't negatively impacted I don't really care how much damage the politicians do to the rest of the world.
Of course, I do wonder what makes you think the left is nothing but devil-worshipers and yet the right is all smiles and sunshine. I strongly suspect both sides and anything inbetween are all rotten to the core, but murdering each other seems quite far-fetched. A lack of autopsy is not proof of murder. All you have is wild speculations.
