One of these days Bill, I'm going to comprehensively document every awful thing people who identify as left wing or liberal have done, and explain how it's now okay for right wing and conservative people to do them too, and you're not going to have any argument against it.

The media, and more importantly the voters, will connect Trump's name with chaos. That's all that matters. It's called neuro-linguistic programming.

So far, the people in question have yelled things involving locker room humor at Trump and company, and obstructed traffic. If Soros is involved with that... well, I hardly think that makes him the Prince of Darkness. That's what I'm talking about at the moment, not all those things you can dredge up.
And for one who doesn't want to be identified with the far right, you don't seem to concerned with talking about their misdeeds, just of those of the left. Or are you just afraid of alienating your right wing friends here on WP?

I wouldn't waste your time, Mr. D. There are more important things in life. He'll still find something to come back at you with or just look the other way like the Left always does then change the subject and start talking more nonsense about Trump.

Is there a rule that I have to criticize equally? Left wing people irritate me more than right wing ones do, I've said that openly for years, if you'd bothered to pay attention. I suspect it has something to do with living among them and posting on a forum where they are the majority, target rich environment and all.

My beliefs are not those of a far right person, therefore I am not far right, it's simply a matter of factual accuracy, not that that's ever stopped you from making it up as you go along.

Mr. D. has his own thoughts, Kraichgauer. I'll respect whatever side Mr. D. wants to be on because I know he debates fairly and without any name calling. I'm an Independent myself. Conservatism just has what I'm looking for right now.

Time for exercise.

Then respect us liberals, even if you don't agree with us.

We are seeing extremism on both sides.
And the extremists do not speak for the moderates, whether they be a Democratic or Republican voter.

Who doesn't find the left irritating? I'm very left wing, and I find a lot of them disagreeable  . But that hardly means that I'm going to accept what the far right spews. Ever think of criticizing their homophobia, their coded racism, their Islamaphobia, their social Darwinism? Because what they spew is more than a little ugly, and absolutely destructive when put into action.

Is there really such a thing as a moderate or do they not exist like neutral observers?

Of course. But the American right believes he's a raging socialist, just as they believe in rampant voter fraud, or that Obama is foreign born, or that millions of illegals are pouring over the border, or that evolution isn't real, or that racism isn't a problem anymore. Or in other words, they believe in things that are the products of their own fevered imaginations.

What would be the point? I don't feel like I need to prove anything to anyone, and 3/4 of this forum is already criticizing those people for those things, and I don't like making 'me too' posts.

But do you disagree with those positions, maybe even find them abhorrent? Despite your claims that you're not a conservative, more and more you seem to be buddying up to them. And that's not a put down, it's just an observation.

Could it be that not everyone has a compulsion to parade thier beliefs and values at every opportunity ad nauseam?
