Also Confirms Over 49,000 Clinton Server Emails Found on Weiner Laptop

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that a senior FBI official admitted, in writing and under oath, that the agency found Clinton email records in the Obama White House, specifically, the Executive Office of the President. The FBI also admitted nearly 49,000 Clinton server emails were reviewed as result of a search warrant for her material on the laptop of Anthony Weiner.

E.W. (Bill) Priestap, assistant director of the FBI Counterintelligence Division, made the disclosure to Judicial Watch as part of court-ordered discovery into the Clinton email issue.

U.S District Court Judge Royce Lamberth ordered Obama administration senior State Department officials, lawyers, and Clinton aides, as well as Priestap, to be deposed or answer writer questions under oath. The court ruled that the Clinton email system was “one of the gravest modern offenses to government transparency.”

Priestap was asked by Judicial Watch to identify representatives of Hillary Clinton, her former staff, and government agencies from which “email repositories were obtained.” Priestap responded with the following non-exhaustive list:

Priestap also testifies that 48,982 emails were reviewed as a result of a warrant for Clinton email account information from the laptop of Anthony Weiner, who had been married to top Clinton aide Huma Abedin....

Obama is not going to jail. I suspect your sources are highly partisan. I will remind you, Obama is no longer in office, and Clinton lost her election. If we lived in a banana republic, it would be a regular thing to jail one's political opponents (which Trump has his base still thinking will happen), but in legitimately free societies like America, we don't seek to destroy our political rivals with imprisonment just for being political rivals. Obama could have gone after Bush for his signing off of torture and other war crimes, but chose not to, because that's not what America does.

Obama, like virtually every other American President till Trump, had wanted to come into office offering an olive branch to the opposing party (the Republicans), and so waved any investigations. As it happened, the Republicans proved to be hostile and vindictive, anyhow, and sought to make Obama a one term President by trying to obstruct everything he planned. Thus there were few calm waters during the Obama Presidency.

What you said doesn't seem to make much sense. You point out that Obama and Clinton are no longer in office, but then talk about Trump jailing Obama and or Clinton because they're rivals.

Secondly you say we Americans don't seek to destroy political rivals with imprisonment, when the Democrats have been seeking to destroy the President and send him to jail. Destroy, depose, stage a coup, whatever.

Yep. Obama had it easy compared to Trump. He's had members of both parties calling him a traitor and a Russian puppet and he's had to deal with the investigation into the Russiagate hoax. Most of the Democrats still haven't accepted the result of nearly three years ago.

That's exactly what I meant - - this talk of "Obamagate" is something you'd find in third world dictatorships, simply because they had been Trump's rivals. There is no "Obamagate," as there are legitimately no crimes or charges.
The reason why the Dems are going after Trump is because there is legitimate reasons to suspect legal wrong doing. Trump's henchmen have been indicted and convicted in droves as has happened with no other Presidency, while there are legitimate reasons for congress to investigate Trump further, as Mueller had actually said in his report.

If there's an election, and Trump doesn't win, he must vacate the Office of the Presidency; otherwise, Trump will be engaging in a coup.

That's likely how the Trump cult will frame it, although they'll yet again be demonstrating the dishonesty they're known for.
