Are you still loving Biden?
Sure, Sleepy Joe could step in, socialize housing, and issue an edict that no one shall be homeless; but then what?

You'd have to ask them. I have no idea.
Biden won't do anything that even slightly smells of socialism.

If only someone had acted more swiftly and decisively when the coronavirus was first detected in the United States...
People with money took advantage of the moratorium plain and simple. This will result in permanent structural changes to the housing market.
How do you justify assigning blame to only the Rebublicans when both parties have equally supported the conflict in Afghanistan?

Wasnt Afghanistan occupied by the Russian for a Very long time before they gave up.
So the Western forces thought that they could do better . Now what happens to all the women and children we were teaching and educating. Especially the ones that were not able to escape their own country. Anybody whom cooperated with the American occupation . Can you imagine ?
What their lives will be like . in their Very Real Lives . ![]()

Russia invaded Afghanistan in 1979. Eventually, they were repelled with the help of the U.S. backed Taliban. That military fiasco contributed to the collapse of the Soviet Union.

The problem in the case of Ron Paul is largely a matter of his heavy involvement with the Dominionist and Christian Reconstructionist movements. For instance, Paul is a close associate of theocratic madman Gary North.
And although Paul's policies are far from Dominionist at the federal level, his proposed legislations would result in the strengthening of a theocratic agenda by preventing the federal government from stopping establishment of theocratic legislation at the local level. His We the People Act would strip the Federal courts of jurisdiction in cases involving abortion, same-sex marriage, privacy related to sexual behavior, and Establishment Clause issues, leaving them to the states, which is exactly what the Religious Right wants to do. And the thing is, Paul has been rather explicit that theocracies at the local level are part of his deliberate agenda, and has also backed up the idea for instance by lamenting that prayer has been prohibited in schools, a common dishonest religious right trope, and by backing pastor Phillip Kayser, who advocates the death penalty for gays. It seems, in fact, to be not entirely unfair to say that Paul is a Dominionist more than he is a Libertarian, but that he sees limited government as the primary practical means to theocracy -- he wants the church to be strong and the state to be weak.
Since he is a religious extremist, Paul does predictably not have much of an aptitude for science. He is, for instance, a creationist, dismissing evolution as "just a theory" that he does not accept. He is also a climate change denier.
Ron Paul is, at heart, a doddering, old, deranged theocrat. There is no way around that conclusion.

^ I don't agree with many things Ron Paul has stated, nor do I subscribe entirely to libertarian ideology. But when someone is right, they're right.
Do you really want to go down this path again? You're attacking the source rather than the content.

Those who had money to pay rent should have and those unable should have worked something out. When they are evicted it will cast a long shadow on their future housing prospects.
IOW it will be permanent homelessness for them?
Then again, even a blind pig will find an occasional truffle.
So if his motive is dodgy, does that negate the truth in what he's saying? Does the truth evaporate in the presence of a bad motive?

No, it doesn't. Did I say otherwise?
