I have (by women and by gay men)
but only socially never at the work place.

Well there is a serious problem for your narrative.

ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Private investigator TJ Ward said presidential hopeful Herman Cain was not lying at a news conference on Tuesday in Phoenix.

Cain denied making any sexual actions towards Sharon Bialek and vowed to take a polygraph test if necessary to prove his innocence.

Cain has not taken a polygraph but Ward said he does have software that does something better.

Ward said the $15,000 software can detect lies in people's voices.

CBS Atlanta's Mike Paluska played Cain's speech for Ward into the software and watched as it analyzed Cain's every word.

If he is hiding something this thing would have spiked way down here," said Ward. "He is being truthful, totally truthful. He is a man with integrity and he talked directly about not knowing any incident he is accused of."

The software analyzes the stress level and other factors in your voice. During the speech, when Cain denied the claims, the lie detector read "low risk." According to Ward, that means Cain is telling the truth.

During the section of Bialek's news conference where she says, "He suddenly reached over put his hand on my leg under my skirt and reached for my genitals he also grabbed my head brought it towards his crotch."

During the analysis of that section the software said "high risk statement." Ward said that means she is not telling the truth about what happened.

"I don't think she is fabricating her meetings," said Ward. But, she is fabricating what transpired."

Looks like these accusations directed towards Cain have been torpedoed.

I have never heard of any such software before, and so I have to ask just how reliable it is. And just who is this private investigator? If he was hired by Cain to prove his innocence, there is always the chance that he might error on the side paying his checks.

Pah, you guys have your conspiracy theories crossed; if this was a setup the obvious culprit is Karl Rove and the RNC machine, not the Dems. It's just like what happened with Weiner, it wasn't Republicans who forced him to resign but other Democrats who didn't like working with him and saw him as a showboat and camera whore that put the screws to him. Of course Weiner actually did what he was accused of and this has yet to play out one way or the other here, so we'll have to wait for the gripping finale.

Hence the if in my post. To my way of thinking, the R appended to Cain's name doesn't make him guilty until proven innocent, nor would a D. Sadly, I fear I'm in the minority here in that regard.

I am withholding complete judgment on Cains infidelity as I would make a load of money
if he wins a primary but things are not looking good.

Those dousing rods sure are convincing. But I still think that we should use water-boarding. There is no more effective way of obtaining the truth. If he doesn't break down during water-boarding, then this will be conclusive proof of his innocence.

But Inuyasha, you're missing the point. This is a black conservative. Furthermore, he is a black conservative who has had AlLeGaTiOnS thrown at him. With those factors alone, he is guilty in any liberal's eyes, period. They cannot mentally process anything good about a black conservative who has been accused of sexual misconduct. It's a flaw in the liberal brain. See, AlLeGaTiOnS are always true when a person's skin color and political views are as I described above. There is basically a sign in liberals' heads which reads, "No logical thought allowed beyond this point". So I think we should just abandon this thread as the fool's paradise that it is and move on. I think we've written enough for every reasonable-minded reader to understand Cain's highly-likely innocence in these matters. If Obama were accused of precisely these same things, these same liberals in this thread would be telling us what known liars, losers, and sluts these women are, and would even gladly go beyond the facts in smearing them as horribly as possible. Indeed, all of Obama's proven immorality, in all its aspects, is just fine with them, so clearly, great immorality is not something they find objectionable. It's all about personal smears of people they don't like, period.

No immorality has been proven. Mr. Obama has been married to the same woman, and he has never been so dissatisfied with her that he would seek nooky elsewhere. He is a model family man, which is a very important quality in a man who would lead the nation.
