Scalia Death Conflicting Reports Coming In
Well..
I have just been reading that other thread.
Gnostic Priest has just convinced me that its alway's the victim's fault.
So even if the Democrats DID murder Scalia its still Scalia's own fault that he was murdered!
Im not sure HOW it would be his fault...but gosh darn it ...its HIS fault! ![]()
He wasnt packing heat, or didnt have a burglar alarm, or he was too negligent to hire a food taster (like the kings of old) to prevent being poisoned, or sumpin like that! Negligence!
you're a nurse, right? does that make sense to you?
With hindsight, do i think an autopsy should have been done? If i were the jop, i probably would have called for one. Though, if i then heard about measurable health problems from the doctor and family, the request from the religious family not to, and on-site law saying they had no suspicions, for a heavy 79 year old man, i might decide to just honor the wishes of the family.
Given that such a decision is neither illegal, nor unheard of, it wouldn't even occur to me that someone would take that simple action and run to the conspiracy hills. I would do the same whether he was left, right, or upside-down. However, I can't help but wonder, is this outrage really about a potential murder and corruption and would be the same if if the current president were a republican and scalia on the left, or is it simply upset because scalia was far right and the current president isn't? it strongly reads as the latter.
Well at least you are trying to understand. The big deal is that Scalia was the one vote on the Supreme Court that was a sure vote for the Repubs. Now that he is dead, Asswipe (yes you all heard me - that's my pet name for him) has more leeway to push through what he wants because the vote will no longer be 5-4. That's why I put the post about Scalia being the deciding vote. Scalia is dead 6 days after he was the deciding vote on the greenhouse gas emissions that Asswipe wanted. There are also decisions being made on unions and abortion, etc. that Scalia's vote would be very important. We haven't heard from Scalia's doctor what ailments he had (I already said all of this in another post), all we are going on is what this Cinderela woman is saying "I wave my wand and pronounce you dead over the phone!" The onsite sheriff who said there was not foul play was appointed by Asswipe (which I already said in another post, as well). The ranch was owned by a well known Democrat. This is a freaking murder mystery writing itself. Geez. Did you read any of my other posts? Asswipe has this one year to push through all of his crap and I don't think it would be beneath him to knock someone off. Afterall, that's the Chicago way and that's how you get Scalia!
Yes, i did read all of your other posts. My questions were not why is scalia important for the far-right. I understand that. What i'm wondering is:
If thinking this all is a conspiracy, based on what you have posted, it would be so incredibly complex and involve so many people, why would you then trust a pathologist's report? What difference would that make? If it said 'natural causes', wouldn't/couldn't it just be then viewed that the pathologist is part of it?
Do you really care about murder/corruption and would be equally upset if scalia were far left and the president republican? Or is the concern here just about what potential 'left' things getting passed without scalia?
As for ailments, the reports i read stated that the judge released publicly the doctor's statement to her (as below and has been discussed here). Meanwhile, the doctor, citing patient confidentiality refused to say more (but surely, unless part of the conspiracy, would have if he felt he was being drastically misquoted and scalia actually had no major issues, no?).
"Although information is preliminary, Scalia’s physician, Brian Monahan, has been reported as having said that Scalia had both high blood pressure and “heart trouble.” Most notably, Monahan reportedly said that Scalia had been in too poor health to receive shoulder surgery. As an internist, I read this piece of information as suggesting that there was fairly severe heart disease that made surgery too risky."

It sure couldn't be an Obama appointed pathologist doing the autopsy. The thing is that they didn't even think they needed an autopsy. Even "Joe Blow" patients get autopsies. They couldn't wait to get rid of the evidence soon enough. Scalia was embalmed within a day? That must be a Guinness record - the funeral isn't even until this weekend. How could they not know that the Right would expect an autopsy and toxicology report? The guy was just too important. You don't see the media saying anything because they don't want to raise any questions either. They know that bumping of Scalia is in their favor. Nothing their King does is ever questioned - ever. If anything, Obama does have the media in the palm of his hand.
And did you find an actual report from Scalia's doctor in his words? I can't find any. And I don't mean a report coming out of the mouth of that Cinderela person. Scalia's a tennis player, but surgery is too risky for him? Like I said before, all the cardiac patients I have who are 79 yrs old aren't capable of playing tennis - they're lucky if they can walk up and down the stairs.

Fish, you don't know what you're talking about. I want proof of Scalia's health problems from the mouth of his own doctor - not the fairy tale Cinderela character. Stop regurgitating what the media is putting into your wee pee brain. Think for yourself for a change. Until you have something to discuss of real importance, I'm done with you. Now swim along.

The words "conspiracy theory" again?
Next.
You don't want facts. You've already made up your mind on what the truth is - he was murdered. You're just looking for conformation.
By the way, putting the word "next" at the end of your posts makes you sound completely pretentious. It's not even remotely clever.
Dude, I'm the only one who has any facts listed in this thread, where's yours, if I may be so bold? I will say it again - no one on the Left has come up with anything of substance because there is no reason why there should not have been an autopsy done on such an important government official. It is no surprise why the government gets away with so much crap because everyone just sits back and lets it all happen - no questions asked. This country will be taken over in no time, thanks to the people on the Left.
One more thing, if this had happened under the watch of a Republican President, you all would be screaming for an autopsy. You'd be wanting someone's head on a platter. You're not kidding me one bit.
And to the two or three of you in this thread that wished Scalia dead, how do even wake up in the morning and live with yourselves?
I never said I wished him dead.I said the timing of his death could have been better.
So you think this country would be better if it was taken over totally by the right? No other political parties? Like the little man with the funny mustache did in his country?
You have no facts, just another conspiracy theory. The left has caused the sky to fall!!

Health Information of Deceased Individuals
45 CFR 160.103, paragraph (2)(iv) of the definition of “protected health information”
Background
The HIPAA Privacy Rule protects the individually identifiable health information about a decedent for 50 years following the date of death of the individual. This period of protection for decedent health information balances the privacy interests of surviving relatives and other individuals with a relationship to the decedent, with the need for archivists, biographers, historians, and others to access old or ancient records on deceased individuals for historical purposes. During the 50-year period of protection, the personal representative of the decedent (i.e., the person under applicable law with authority to act on behalf of the decedent or the decedent’s estate) has the ability to exercise the rights under the Privacy Rule with regard to the decedent’s health information, such as authorizing certain uses and disclosures of, and gaining access to, the information. With respect to family members or other persons involved in the individual’s health care or payment for care prior to the individual’s death, but who are not personal representatives, the Privacy Rule permits a covered entity to disclose the relevant protected health information of the decedent to such persons, unless doing so is inconsistent with any prior expressed preference of the deceased individual that is known to the covered entity.
really curious to know how you can be a nurse without knowledge of HIPAA regulations...
I need beauty rest. You people are going to give me wrinkles.

Justice Scalia was not a light weight. We was carrying around some pounds so heart failure is hardly a surprise.
THERE IS NO PROOF THAT HE HAD AN MI. Show me the damn proof!!
Next.
Let's say that for giggles, Obama had him offed.
Why now, when he's already on his way out?
The timing would have been far more advantageous had it occured earlier in his presidency.
He's been busy - this is just one of his many tricks that he has up his sleeve. Do you realize if he is able to get "one of his own" to take Scalia's place it's for life and then the Democrats have a free ride until who knows when? It took him awhile to get all of his ducks in a row, so to speak.
You do realize if the President is this efficient and ruthless, he would have already accomplished all the BS you claim he wants to do to the country...
Mine? What on earth gave you that idea. Watching lunatic conspiracy theories explode into flame-wars is hilarious. I know I didn't complain about it.
I thought it was self evident that I was replying to Fugu, not yourself.
^Bolding mine. The key word there is "the person". Show me where I used the Shirley the Sheep image on any one person, which would make it a personal attack. Can you differentiate between person and people?
You really seem to be having a tough time making a point tonight.
You're just hiding behind semantics, maybe you like to mass-produce your trolling services, but I'm more customer-oriented.

If it was self-evident I wouldn't have made that comment. This is why I try to quote everything I reply to, so there's no confusion.

I'm willing to bet if a Republican President was called asswipe, you'd be so angry you'd have an online seizure.

I've been called worse things than that. Why would I care what someone wants to call a Republican President? You still don't get me. I'm not tied to a party. I do believe in free speech which can include but is not limited to certain "pet" names for certain special people.
Now back to beauty rest in repose with a pillow BEHIND my head.

Did Scalia ever vote against the Republicans? I know of him a bit, but little of his decisions, and what they meant.
nurseangela - you have no more facts here than anyone else. What you do have is your own interpretation of them, based on a burning conviction that Obama had Scalia killed. Let's not pretend there's anything that could happen that would change your mind. It is in the very concept of a conspiracy theory that official truth can be twisted and changed to suit the conspirators' needs.
If Obama has the ranch owner and staff, the marshall, the attending police, the JOP and Scalia's family lined up, the fantasy of a lone pathologist standing against him is, well, just that.
Though on the left, I am prepared to believe that any senior politician of any stripe would order people killed. They do it all the time. It's called 'war', or occasionally 'assassination'.
But you have no facts to point to this. Only an interpretation of the facts drawn from paranoid panic. Hopefully someone will release relevant medical information that will put the matter to rest as best it can.

Of course, it's probably quite a bit more complicated than that.
You know sometimes, between the dames and the horses, I don't even know why I put my hat on.
the doctor who examined Scalia said it was an MI. He is a doctor, I am not and you are not. The police said there was no sign of foul play. That is good enough for me
