Or any other bad wrong law. So the insurance companies aren't at fault as they didn't pass the laws.

Etc such failed logic that contradicts your sides view of anyone who doesn't activity fight to end injustice is just as guilty as those who do the injustice .

The insurance companies were elbow deep in negotiations over Obamacare, even though they also very publicly opposed it, so they don't get away without blame for anything wrong with the program. Regardless, plenty of people are benefiting from it, which makes the good accomplished worthwhile.
And no, if you're not actively involved with the degradation of anyone else, you're not to be held accountable, as you're not personally guilty of anything.

I have no clue what you mean by this.

White people benefiting from segregation of blacks and blacks being treated as second class citizens.

Anyone who benefited from slavery but wasn't the direct inslaver.

If I take free stuff from someone who I know is stealing it I'm an accomplish.

If you benifit from a something bad your part of the problem.

What about someone who is passive, but indirectly benefiting from someone else's injustice? Would the liability differ?

I knew it! You want things that will only benefit you and it's YOU that doesn't care if the other person gets hurt.

If Richie Rich is truly one of Ayn Rand's superior people he shouldn't have any problem, he's so superior he'll just make his wealth right back.

To be honest the wealth issue isn't really about wealth, it's about power. Money and power are essentially the same thing, one is just a physical manifestation of the other. Richie Rich gets to the top and he doesn't need anymore wealth, not even for his wildest dreams, so why does he keep making more money? Power. Richie Rich can transfer money into politics and play with pure power and likewise politicians in congress can exchange pure power for money. The only difference between the two is that there is no oversight on one side of the equation (capitalism), but there is oversight on the other (government). I don't know about you, but I like having a say in how power is distributed in my country, even if it is just a solitary vote among millions-- that is democracy after all, power sharing.

Why should the middle class fall on their sword to support us while being robbed by the rich.
Obama care doesn't effect Richie rich at all only lower middle class people, just above poverty.

System needs reworked. Never see democrats wanting to rework it to fix its problems. They have no interest in fixing Obama care, must cashing their insurance company brib checks every month.

No, Bernie Sanders and others want to introduce universal healthcare, seeing Obamacare as only a prelude to that.

Your proffered policies are always pursued at the expense of others, you justify it by claiming it's for the greater good because you think you know what's best for everyone, despite being far from the sharpest knife in the drawer.

Universal Healthcare means One World Order. Bye bye America. Are you for Universal Healthcare?

In through the out door and up through the down?
Some things i read on wp just throw me for a loop. Particularly some political assessments.

Granted, i think most all politicians are..politicians and whatever side they say they're on, it's almost all coated in or completely a pile of shoveled s**t now. However, politicians aside, there are some established definitions and concepts - the right being a direction more of principles of unfettered capitalism and the left toward socialism. So declarations i've read like the left is anti-civil rights, the left is anti-social security, or the left is hanging out patting their billionaire friends on the back and happily screwing the poor..

Wp seems to regularly contain concepts from a reality quite contrary to mine.

How literal are you taking the term universal?

universal meaning nobody has to go bankrupt [medical debt is the leading cause of US bankruptcy] or go without needed healthcare due to inability to afford the services, a common innovation of civil society which is quite uncontroversial in EVERY other western nation, USA is a conspicuous outlier.

All in all, I feel that some sort of national health insurance--especially for life-threatening illnesses like cancer--should be implemented.
