I'm not referring to poor people whom have jobs. If they have a job and need help still, and I had the ability to do so (which I don't), I would not mind spending my own money to help them out. I'm talking about people kicking back on welfare and blaming the "white man" for all their problems and there are people that do that.

If that was sarcasm you should have indicate as such, else if you are actually a racist I would recommend you seek psychiatric help.
