those "biased left polls" are Gallup polls, one of the most respected names in data collection. I'm curious where you're getting 19 out of 23 from.

I don't think you've thought that position through. the logical conclusion of claiming that laws don't work, ergo everything is unregulated is the abolishment of all laws altogether.

That's a private sale. Same as you can sell anything else you own to anyone else who can legally own said item without the government being involved. That's not a loop hole that is how the founders and the people who wrote the laws wants it to be. You know freedom and all that.

If the definition of regulation is bad people never every do the thing that's regulated . Then nothing is regulated. As no regulation will stop crime.

I never "demanded" anything. I asked a question, and I don't think I've done any "preaching" either. I think you and Dox are sincere I just don't understand where you're coming from. I think Raptor shares your view but I think he being a bit obnoxious about it and is just trying to get a rise out of people.
I respect your beliefs Sly, I just don't understand them. I guess we'll just continue to see things differently.

No **** no one is required to report selling private property. I can go sell my DVD OR TV WITHOUT REPORTING It, GUNS ARE JUST OTHER PRIVATE PROPERTY. We are not all living in nazi state you live in , most of America is still free, freedom means you bought something it's yours, not the states, not the federal governments , yours. There's this thing called free interstate commerce which says if you sell something you legally bought to another person who can legally buy it inside your state then it's no one else's business. Agains it's called FREEDOM goo look it up some time unless nazi state your in has banned that too.

that's exactly the point though. everything else that was or has been remotely as dangerous as a gun got regulated. all except guns. and it's still possible in 2016, to go to some random shady dude, buy a gun completely anonymous and to a casual observer, completely legal, and it'll be an uphill battle for any law enforcement attempting to trace such a weapon.

Look, unless you are in the military, police, security et cetera (i.e. unless you need one to do your job), you don't need a gun! Got it? The gun-fetishists here at WP are nothing but trolls who hate President Obama because he's black, but are too afraid to say so, so they make up this crap about him "takin' away our God-given right to bear arms, hot dang! Yeee-ha!"

Go on, admit it - you want someone in the White House who is actually white. Don't deny it. I've never come across such vitriol directed at any President before, not even the other Democratic ones like Clinton and Carter. It obviously has to do with race.
