In the first (dishonest presentation), it appears to be a rather vague statement. However, had it been presented in an honest manner, it can be seen that it was a responce to a claim that calling a person a "fasict" isn't a risk, to which the reply (the only part excerpted from the post) was indicating that there are groups (antifa, in this case) who attack those they consider fascists (or who have been labelled "fascists" by others), so that there is indeed a "risk" associated with referring to another person through the term.
