So if his motive is dodgy, does that negate the truth in what he's saying? Does the truth evaporate in the presence of a bad motive?

Like I said, even a blind pig finds an occasional truffle -- even someone as daft as Ron Paul can occasionally be correct, but that does not make right all of the crap that flies out of his pie-hole.


But as Mr Veg said, the Truth is the truth, regardless.
That is why critical thinking needs to be engaged.

I don't automatically believe everything/k that Sky News presents, either. 8)

You can always tell a leftist, they will go to "what about me"? Trump benefited a lot of minorities, I have Cubans, Koreans, Chinese,Hispanic, and African American people I've spoken to who agree with me. Just because it's cold for you doesn't mean it's not room temperature.

You really believe that? You seriously think Joe is doing all this because of Trump? Where the hell was Joe all through the Obama administration? Oh and those socialist people you're talking about? you totally misconstrued [i am guessing willfully] what i said. my point was that joe biden would not have won had he had just a slightly better opponent on the right, than what the dotard was.

I am sorry to hear that, but it doesn't change the Truth/fact that the improvement, generally, of people of colour, did occur.
More jobs overall, and bigger pay increases, and yes, I know it was from a low base. 8)

Who else would go up against him though? Trump is the spearhead of the GOP and there's no way in hell that any third party would make it out of the election. Biden was all the left had, but Trump had a monopoly on the right. He still does, just wait until 2024.

The pandemic and Trump's appalling handling of it, caused him to lose the election, imo.
Had it not been for the virus, he probably would have romped it in because of the improved economy.

I am not protecting Trump, btw.
I am simply stating my opinion where I think the Truth is.

Well, that's a separate issue. I was referring to the pandemic. Had everyone stayed home, did as they're told and not flaunted the rules, we would have been through the pandemic well before the Delta variant could take hold. The anti-maskers/anti-vaxers are ironically the reason why we still have the restrictions they rally against. If it wasn't for them, things would have been relatively normal ages ago.

For Afghanistan, I will agree that both parties should hang their heads in shame.
