With actual accomplishments.
Dividing America worse than any president since Lincoln while normalizing and enabling Nazis is a pretty hefty set of accomplishments, I will concede that.
Au contraire .... President Trump strongly supports the Jewish people.
Netanyahu Welcomes Trump to Israel
Thanks for inspiring me to post the above video, which in itself demonstrates one of President Trump's many achievements ... strengthening ties with Israel, which has been much needed after the previous administration.
So you're fine that Israel and Palestine make war in oblivion in a eternal cycle of revenge? Because that's what it mean defending the positions of Israel.

So which one of President Trump's accomplishments is your favorite?

I think the most consequential are his court appointments, all down through the system. I'm looking forward to his having maybe three more for the Supreme Court.
But the most fun to watch is the chaotic disintegration of the Media.
Two answers for the price of one ... I like!
Love how the President goes directly to the American people by using Twitter.
Making it next to impossible for the media to misquote him.

Actually,
President Trump is working towards a Middle East peace plan
involving both the Israelis and Palestinians.
The photo below shows President Trump shaking hands with
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.

Thank you for inspiring me to post this photo.

WHY ARE ALL THE CONSERVATIVE LOUDMOUTHS IRISH-AMERICAN?
Just as they used to play an outsize role in the Democratic Party’s apparatus, and in organized labor, putative Irishmen are now the face of the hard Right.
Once the biggest names, faces, and voices on television were Huntley and Brinkley, Cronkite, Murrow, even John Chancellor and Dan Rather, all sober, serious Americans—and all Protestants too.
Now we have angry loudmouths with names like O’Reilly, Hannity, Buchanan, and, lurking back there with his Cheshire smile, the dissolute but scary Bannon.
Yet no one has noticed this obvious fact, and the sheer lack of attention may be the most important thing about it. Why has the ascent of a bunch of people who in an earlier period might have been called Micks drawn no notice at all?
And that was published in Newsweek.

... Are you so PC that you are offended by anyone making an analysis of an ethnic group? I tbought conservatives were supposed to " call a spade a spade " and " not be nanny-state afraid of naming names and someone claiming to be offended by that "! This writer's opinions are not yours - he dislikes tbe Buchanan-Bannon tendency, whereas I guess you like it , and he's pretty lefty-leaning but tbat hardly makes him " the Klan wing " regarding Irish-Americans!
You sound awfully similar, in your way, to those " safe space PC type " college students who do things like bum-rush ba Campus Republicans meeting demanding it be shut down (As happened here in Santa Cruz-ish recently - If you or anyone else here expresses interest I will dig up the story here.)!

The way Darmok's post comes across to me is that
he's simply calling it as he sees it,
and pointing out what he sees as hypocrisy.
I suppose if you want to read into it that he's offended,
well, that's your opinion.

...Textual analysis-wise, I don't think I said, in fact, " Darmok, you have said that you are offended ".

It's interesting to see how most of the anti-Trump people seem so strongly guided by prejudicial emotions, rather than employing objective analysis.
irony alert - neuroscience studies show that right-wingers tend to be motivated by fear, while left-wingers tend to be motivated by optimism. everyone's rationality is influenced by his emotions.

I'm optimistic, along with President Trump, that we can
Make America Great Again!
... and see also the Reagan quotes on optimism from Reagan himself, Colin Powell, and Rudy Giuliani
that I posted above.

Thank you for encouraging me to post these
right-wing optimistic inspirations!

A real picture is worth 1,000 words, or in this case supposed, unnamed (and perhaps biased) "neuroscience studies".

donald trump is nothing but a fear-monger. america already was great. he went around trashing the country and encouraging his followers to beat people with differences up. the kindest interpretation i can give to that is fear.
You offer negative opinions. (fear)
I offer positive proof. (optimism)
Have a good night.

it's difficult (admittedly, not impossible) to bias a scientific study. a picture may be worth a thousand words, but proves that one person one time had that reaction. can't be generalized. here's a link to analysis of a study: https://www.scientificamerican.com/arti ... ical-wars/
