Why can Scalia be personally judged to be evil? Let's see:
Stole the election for George W. (and all the terrible ramifications that followed).
Citizens United, which takes us one more step toward oligarchy and plutocracy.
His attempt to limit the rights of full citizenship to all citizens, by voting against marriage equality.
Sounds evil to me.
