This would improve the quality of life of everyone. More people would eat and drink out more often. Discuss.
Bollocks. Then there would be a tax on sports conversation - because you know that those scores are the property of their respective games, not for the general public... a sin tax on discussion confections, cigarettes or sex talk. You seem to think that one's vocabulary is the measure of their being, without regard to the people themselves... pity.
