For a valid variation of Burke's comment, All that China must do for chaos in the USA to triumph is to do nothing. When China ceases to value Treasury bonds, and this is beginning to happen, the idiots in control in the USA will surely destroy the country. The monumental greed of the financial system, the pitiful attempts of the Obama regime to put the country back to work and set up an affordable health system, the totally inadequate education system, the inability of the average guy to earn enough to maintain his mortgage and health problems, the disappearance huge sectors of industry into countries providing cheap labor, the failure of state governments to collect enough taxes to maintain their budgets, the huge unnecessary and truly tragic and expensive military adventures in the middle east, the waste of producing monstrously expensive and, at end, useless armaments, the almost totally corrupt election systems - all this and a few more are all that is necessary for China to smugly stand aside and permit the USA to drive itself over the cliff.

It's not clear that China invested such a large amount of their money in the US to cause trouble - it is also possible that they did so to increase their own wealth. Taking drastic action might cause problems for the US, but also big problems for China.

they cant kill "everyone else"

nobody can.
Okay, how about forcing the one child rule on everyone else. That seems more likely than a genocide.

you cant be serious, you really cant. im laughing my ass off, you must be too.

why not just think of other hilarious ways to destroy mankind while we're at it:

they could fly a giant mirror into space, and burn away all countries but china.

WHY would the chinese want to kill everyone on the planet?
WHY? does this simply reflect your own mindset? ive NEVER EVER heard of the chinese planning to kill everyone.
you got inside info on this?

HOW WOULD THE CHINESE BENEFIT FROM KILLING EVERYONE IN THE WORLD?

No nation on earth has the technology or lifting power for this. In addition any -attempt- at such a weapon would be answer with massive nuclear retaliation and the device would be blown to smithereens in orbit.

and?.

If he had used the phrase "for example" or "for instance" I would have caught on. But he didn't, did he? I try very hard not to draw inferences from implicit utterances. I infer from explicit statements. I am one of Heinlein's Fair Witnesses (in a manner of speaking). If you ask me what color your car is I would qualify the answer I give with the phrase "on the side facing me".

Literally yours.

I do not ignore details. I just give zero weight to some of the details I notice.

It's good to be aware of your limitations. To return to the mirror problem, it's surprising that someone of your technical background should be unaware of the obvious that construction in space does not involve lifting entire orbital structures at one go. If that were so the current space station would never have come about. There are current active plans to construct an orbital solar power mirror (http://news.cnet.com/8301-11128_3-10218788-54.html) and I cannot say if this can alternatively become a weapon but the evil intentions of humanity usually are more inspirational to the human mind than the beneficial ones. A huge proportion of major scientific breakthroughs that have benefited humanity, such as atomic power, aircraft, rockets and space, etc. have had their origins in military development. That's where the money is.

I'm white and the only time I've felt like I was discriminated against due to my ethnicity was by a Chinese person. I like China town. I like being around Chinese people for the most part. I love Chinese food!! !

Individual one time experiences with a different ethnic group should not determine general viewpoints on a huge very variegated sector of humanity.

If the money used worldwide in the military had rather been put in space programs, we could right now take our breakfast while watching trough the window, a sunrise on mars.
