I think there's a distinct difference between art and entertainment. Entertainment is an industry (business) that feeds off profit. Art is more about expression. The two do not always go hand in hand. IMO, art should be free of the concerns of others, but I can see an argument for ethical responsibility regarding the entertainment industry. But then the question becomes "what falls under which category?" IMO, anything that is produced by a third party tends to fall under the entertainment category, but of course, not always. I guess it's just a matter of taste.
There are different kinds of art. To toss away drama as an art form is a pretty drastic concept. Just about all drama is for money and it only generates money because it is art. It takes art to entertain someone.
A matter of taste. I think of art as being more raw. Once an art is contrived for a paying audience, I feel like something is often lost. Not always, of course. Personally, I tend to enjoy independent forms of art much more than produced art, but that's my own personal taste. Many people find Justin Bieber and CSI Miami artful, and that's fine.
