There was, I have heard, and it self-destructed.

I strongly doubt it. I think Alex took it away because he didn't like how men were being men in that forum.

What is that assertion based on?

Based on lack of needed details. Let him show how wrong I am.

Exactly which actions do you feel that the owner of this site needs to provide you with details regarding before administering his property? If you give me a list I can better understand your train of thought.

No, only an assertion can be made because the needed details might not even exist.

First, maybe you would prove you no longer beat your dog, eh?!

What do you gentlemen mean by 'self-destructed', exactly? Too much trolling? Just curious

Those were my words, and I do not know any details. I just recall a former mod once saying something along that kind of line.

He said he got it removed because it was being abused. When we asked him for clarification, he never replied back. I think we deserve to know why exactly the men's section was removed. He doesn't have to provide any documents or screenshots or anything. Just a good explanation.

If women have their own section, we deserve one, too.

There is no contract here on WP. We members owe nothing to Alex and Alex owes nothing to us members.

Based upon what? Again: Alex has not entered into any contract with us members he has simply welcomed into his cyber-home.

Well, I'm of the belief that this forum belongs to its members just as much as it belongs to its owner(s).

That's how I would think if I were the owner/creator of this forum.

In a way, I might think the same if I had one of my own for people to use. But, that is something each of us can only decide about his own stuff.

Seeing the gay and transexual forum is very irritating. I know the answer to my question would be "the rest of the site is for......." but its not exclusive is it. Where as the GLBT forum is, this is not equality. I'll also raise my point again about the fact that transexuals are meant to want to be seen as the sex they feel they are inside, so why would they still want to be labelled transexuals? I agree that minorites should have equal rights, but not more rights.

Womens forum is good for women because some women don't want to discuss issues such as menstration, bras, shaving pits/legs, tits, physical issues with pregnancy, etc. with guys, and many guys don't want to discuss those things with women.

LGTB forum is good for gays/transgenders because they can discuss issues such as coming out, the stigma that is caused by them being the way they are, the hatred that is often felt towards them, the torture that is often felt by the family of the people involved, and the alienation that is often caused by their supposed friends.

Seriously Murphycop. Just grow up. You don't need to behave like this. I'm sure you're better than this.

An example topic? Men & Women, is there any difference in the way we think? Communication troubleshooting and repair?

Yes, there probably is a differece between how we think, but there is certainly a difference between the issues that face a man, and face a woman.
I have no issue with men having a sub-forum, but from what I've heard, that has been tried and failed.

How do you think they have more rights?

I know thats not remotely possible Only if there was a straight forum, or a men's forum, would it be removed.

What tripe. So because gay people still have it bad in some parts of the world, but very good in others, having their own forum on an aspie site is the answer?
