Many are, many are not. And the ones that are using it are realising what a total and utter disaster it is.
There are 27 EU member states. Ten of those do not use the euro. They are: Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Sweden, and the United Kingdom (with Gibraltar).
