That must mean that he is acknowledging that this last one is true. The other ones are easy to write off as just a bunch of crazy women who are after a financial settlement or instant stardom. He can deny an interaction that took two minutes. But, denying 13 years of coitus--there is a great deal more potential for more details to be revealed.

Ah, that old cliché once again. It all depends on what you consider "smoke". Accusations alone, I suppose, means someone is guilty.

Well, there's no doubt that Obama is a whole BBQ pit.

And that's supposed to be a reference to...?

You've never been to a BBQ, have you?

Smoke...Fire...BBQ....

Oh, why bother...a joke is never funny when you have to explain it.

Sorry. Wrong assumption.

Cain is being attacked on all sides. This latest claim, which I find to lack credibility...you'd think in 13 years she'd have more to offer as proof than her "word" that it happened...just proves how far his opponents are willing to go to keep him buggered down with nonsense like this.

Cain might not make a great president, but it is clear that the opposition is terrified of him. If he doesn't drop out, they'll just find more people who are willing to claim he did things he didn't do...perhaps they'll start going after his wife and kids to pressure him to back down. Politics can be a very ugly spectacle.

Cain is not an idiot. If he had all this dirty laundry waiting to be exposed, I can promise you that he WOULD NOT be so foolish as to think he could run for president and NOT have it come out.

This is why Bill Clinton ran on a campaign of "character is not important." He knew nobody would believe him if he said all the rumors of his womanizing were false, so he deflected the morality issue altogether as a strategy...and it worked.

Wow, this new accuser already looks shady. She has had a legal judgment against her involving stalking, she has a sex harrassment claim in her past, she hasn't paid rent in a year yet appears in the interview wearing a huge string of pearls, and her evidence against Cain of a 13-year sex affair? A signed book, with a passionless tribute to friendship written in the front. That's it? As Ann Coulter said, a one-night stand often has evidence, yet a signed book is all this lady has of an alleged 13-year sex affair??

Also, I always question accusers who come out against someone at THE perfect moment to ruin that person. Why the timing? And why do they then run the nonstop TV-interview gamut, like miss Bialek did, clearly stoking interest toward a book deal -- while feigning, "Oh, I just can't go on... I didn't want to come forward..."? (You watch -- the book deal will happen -- a friend of Bialek said she's all about money, and, by the way she presents herself, I believe it.) I seriously doubt such motivation is simply emotional and right-minded, rather than primarily strategic and lucrative.

And also, who is this woman implicating? BOTH her AND Cain! Yet, she finds the need to trash both herself and Cain with the adultery label -- with some vague implication, being, of course, since he's the male, that he took advantage of her. How can a woman willingly spread her legs for 13 years, and then act like a victim?

But remember, where there's smoke (a book) there's fire (a 13-year sex affair). Uh huh.

Yes, Herman Cain is black, but MUST we assume that means every sex allegation he gets is true? Sorry, I just don't see so many rushes to judgment when a white guy gets accused. So I can only assume these are being believed because Cain is black, and therefore thought to be hot-blooded and without morals.

It's often not the facts that count in America, but the accusation itself, so I've noticed. ^.-

-points to Bill Clinton's case BEFORE it was proved that it was true-

That and sexuality seems to be a big no-no in politics. :p

To his credit, most other politicians chase after women who would be competitive in the modeling or porno industries, or who are young and knaive (like Monica). I think that even Mr. Limbaugh has characterized Mr. Cain's women as being rather dumpy looking. Since he is a Christian, perhaps Mr. Cain regarded his affections upon them as acts of charity. Like pitty sex.

Speaking of Rush, he has a pretty nice looking beard these days. Perhaps he would be up for sharing?

Just because there is a fire, that doesn't mean that that the source of the fire is anything Cain actually did, could be all the smoke we're seeing is coming from the Obama camp and it later comes out his campaign was paying these women to make phony claims.

The implication was was that Obama has a bunch of scandals. I have yet to see any such accusations, let alone proof, of sexual impropriety or any illicit behavior, concerning our president.

Had Lincoln won only a single term, people would have said that of him, too.

and where is there any evidence at all of this alleged vast left wing conspiracy against Herman Cain that has spanned 20 years? That is almost as ridiculous as birther conspiracies. Occam's razor dude, Herman is probably just a pig with women.

At least this last affair was consensual. Cain also has, to his credit, the fact he has never left wife(s) for the latest PYT like our supposed front runner at the moment.

Didn't someone already bring up, in a thread you were in, the gay guys who accused Obama of inappropriateness?

Just a quick find out of many on Google: theobamahustle.wordpress.com/.../barack-obama-accused-by-two-men-of-inappropriate-gay-behavior-at-havard/

C'mon, Bill, it's bad enough that you're snowed by Obama -- at least don't give falsehoods about what you haven't heard about him. I find it beyond incredible that anyone can think Obama is a good guy, with all of the evidence there is that he is simply a Chicago thug, like his buddies Rahm and Axelrod, and just as big a liar. The guy willingly listened to anti-American, anti-Jewish hate preaching for TWENTY YEARS -- and by his own admission was great friends with that preacher. Obama: "I could no longer disown Jeremiah Wright than I could the black community", after which he effectively disowned both. (How's the black community doing these days? By every metric, the worst it has in decades.) Then, Obama has his clearly-deep friendship with openly-unrepentant Pentagon-bombing terrorist Bill Ayers. Started his political career in the guy's living room, served on boards with him -- long, willing association. I could go on, but I just wanted to give you some real information about Obama to fill the mental blank state you periodically mention you have on him.

He's a bad dude, no question of it. Since you're obviously intelligent, the only other explanation for your ignoring everything bad you've heard about him is a mega-bias, so I've concluded that's what you operate under.
