Is Corzine seeking the Repugnican nomination? Or, has he admitted to having had coitus with Rick Perry?

What makes you think that Mr. Morrow is affiliated with the Democratic Party? Rick Perry is the liar, hypocrite and fraud.

I believe this man is what is known as a "functional psychopath"

I will substantiate my hyothesis below.

1. He is absurd. Even for a right wing republican. And flaunts this with no shame.
2. He is blatantly illogical. He champions states rights and at the same time he wants to amend the constitution to define marriage as between a man and a woman, robbing states of their right to decide the issue independent of the federal government.
3. He does not acknowledge the impacts of his previously poor decisions.
4. He's good at talk but has no substance.

So what is this man's goal? He wants to be president and he has decided to capture the vote of an existing yet untapped segment of the population which are made of up individuals who he knows has passionate views on the issues he's championing. Views that are so passionate that, when they are riled up, they will give these views priority over reason.

In other words, I don't think he really has the views he says he does. I think he could actually care less about what gays do or whether or not the IRS exists as long as it doesn't take his money. He is just exploiting these issues to manipulate a gullible segment of the population in to voting for him so he can achieve his goal.

Sure there are a lot of functional sociopaths in politics, but not nearly as afflicted as this guy.

It looks like Rick Perry sealed his fate by flip-flopping on the flag issue

It is seriously time for the candidates to wrap themselves in the flag, even if it is the evil flag.

I'm just amused that someone on the creative team had the acute sense of irony to set Perry's homophobic ad to music composed by a Gay, Jewish composer (and one-time Communist Party member).

Or maybe instead of irony, it was just stupidity. Either way works for me.

I really think the creative team Perry hired did many things intentionally, like the music and the jacket.

You've stumped me. Are you talking about the background music on his original ad? What was the music, and who was the composer?

It really is a testament to America, to the Republican Party, and to the Great State of Texas, that someone as brazenly stupid and repulsive as Rick Perry could have done as well as he has done for himself in his political career. Just look at his science grades:

Image

No A's, lots of D's and F's, in a low-status state university where he was pretending to study animal science.

Here are his grades from 1970-1972:

[img][800:693]http://brobrubel.files.wordpress.com/2011/08/2-e432155d61.jpg[/img]

A "C" in "Reproduction in Farm Animals." How hard could that be, for a boy raised on a sheep farm? He must have seen his sheep fornicate once or twice.

A "D" in "Feeds and Feeding." No wonder he thinks it would be great to get rid of the Department of Health and Human Services.

A "D" in "Writing for Professional Men." He is a functional illiterate.

Grades this low, at a state university in Texas, prove that he is a moron.

A small correction is in order, the music in the, "Strong," ad is a cheap knock-off of Aaron Copland's Appalachian Spring, not a performance of Copland's composition.

Nonetheless, even a cheap knockoff is still an homage to Copland--an out, gay, commie Jew.

I disagree with number 4. He can't debate or public speak his way out of a paper bag. Not that he has any substance, that part you're right on.

There are lots of successful politicians who are not particularly bright but make up for the fact by being articulate and charming. Perry has neither quality. He's a complete and utter dunce who only appeals to the lowest common denominator of republican voters.

Okay. I didn't recognize it as having been related to Appalachian Spring, which I vaguely remember having played during my college orchestra days.

This is the most familiar segment of the piece

If I were judging this man by his grades he would suddenly seem smarter.
