So-called "Blue Laws" are quite prevalent, though thankfully, they are not enforced. I guess if I ever work in Kentucky (the state with a rather pervy abbreviation), I will be sure to be the first to infiltrate their government offices and come out as a filthy kofar only after I have ascended the ranks... MUAHAHA!

Much ado about nothing. The court was split in its support of the law and everyone on the court knew it would never be enforced.
